Upon arrival, the service technician very quickly discovered the source of the problem.... a short circuit at the back of the original wall oven. He fixed it immediately and only charged for the labor. All the work was completed in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Superior Appliances Repair for their knowledge, skill, courtesy and efficiency.

Very persistent it took a long time to get it done, it was very hard due to lots of roach damage. But it got done. The refrigerator is working perfectly now. The price seems reasonable

Outstanding. We received a call back within a few minutes of submitting an online request for service. We were given a time range for the next day (which was a Saturday!), and the technician arrived well within that range. He was very friendly (and made immediate friends with our dog!) and showed me what he was doing as he diagnosed the problem. He had it diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes or less. He even gave us a couple of tips to make the new control panel last even longer. Price was very reasonable. His name escapes me, but he was great. Highly recommended!
