Service was acceptable and the drain issue was fixed. However, they arrived 45 minutes after the 4 hour window that was discussed.
I also had to leave before the end, and the invoice they gave was higher than i expected. It had no details so i asked about specific pricing (service fees, labour hours and fees, etc). I contacted them twice but did not hear back

A technician was sent to inspect and evaluate my malfunctioning laundry pair. He was very professional, courteous and took the time to explain what the problems were. Plus the cost to repair was very reasonable in my estimation vs buying new. Highly recommended

The serviceman did a great job. He accommodated our decision to forego repairing the fridge after he had made the effort to buy the required parts. I was only charged for one service call despite two visits and his time acquiring the parts.
