Great service with reasonable price. Mejid was very friendly and punctual.

My Samsung refrigerator stopped getting cold, I called Repairest and they came out the next day to take a look. Elvin was nice and explained everything that was wrong and what they would be doing to fix it. Even with having to order an extra part they still got the job done very fast!

Our fridge dispenser for water & ice got stuck open to where it would not stop dispensing. Elvin was a great support, came by quickly when contacted and helped solve the issue at hand with OEM parts at reasonable price! Great experience definitely a good to for me in the future!

Called and a technician, ISA came out the same day. Diagnosed my dryer and started the repair. Had to schedule to come back the next day because the part needed had to be ordered. I’m thrilled with the service I received for my dryer! It stopped heating, and I had no idea what to do. The technician showed up promptly and fixed the problem in under an hour. Khagani came to repair my dryer that would not heat up. Before he arrived I had called to cancel because I decided to replace it because it is over 15 years old. We talked for a few minutes before he left and I was not charged a service fee. I appreciate that.

The technician came out to replace parts in our washing machine and did an excellent job. He worked quickly but still made sure everything was running properly before he left. I appreciated that he also took the time to explain the repairs and gave us tips on how to maintain both the washer and dryer. Great service and very professional.

We had an appliance repair tech come out to replace the front gasket on our front loading washing machine in December 2025. Immediately after the gasket was replaced, the washing machine started making a variety of noises it had never made before. I took videos of the machine making the noises, and emailed the company to try to get the repair tech to come back out and check to see what was wrong. I ended up emailing three times with no response. It was over the holidays, so I allowed more time than I normally would for a response.

I also called two or three times, and left messages that were never returned. On the final call, a person answered, and I told them what was going on. The lady who answered told me the repair tech would call us back. We never got a return call.

We ended up calling another appliance repair company. The new tech came out and said the gasket had been installed askew, redid it, and the washing machine has been running normally since.

I won’t attempt to use this company in the future, and do not recommend them. Primarily because they were unresponsive when we had an issue after the service, and failed to call us back after telling us they would. I could’ve more easily forgiven an incorrectly installed gasket than that.

Khagani technician arrived right on time and repaired our dishwasher. His efficiency and friendly attitude made a very positive impression on us. He completed the repair both neatly and quickly. We are grateful to your company.
