It was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The most important cooking day and my refrigerator had quit working overnight. The technician assessed the problem, got the parts and expertly installed them. All in one day. Saving our Thanksgiving! Thanks for the great service.

Our LG Signature oven knob broke 9 days before Thanksgiving and were hosting 23 at our house this year. I called James immediately and he ordered the parts right away. I was given James’s information from a friend. My wash machine had stopped agitating unexpectedly and I needed to get it taken care of as soon as I could. I called the number and spoke to Nancy, she was so kind and helpful. James reached out to me within the hour and came by to diagnose the issue. It took him less than 10 minutes. He is very knowledgeable in his line of work. He was upfront and honest about parts and labor. Very fair and trustworthy. Also, very respectful. James was able to get the parts right away, and the next day he came back and fixed the washer. I was back up and running! James did a great job addressing the lint build up in my dryer and reopening the vents so could work properly. He took great care to be respectful of my property and also to listen and discuss the cause, resolution and future care suggestions i this house which i had just bought. I was fortunate that the part they needed was in stock so the repair was made same day. The tech, Favio, couldn’t have been more professional. I Fix Appliances has done repairs on both my Bosch refrigerator and Whirlpool washing machine. Their technicians have always been very professional and transparent, and I appreciate that they talk me through exactly what they are finding and what the solutions are. Favio just recently repaired my washing machine, which required multiple trips for parts, but his service and professionalism were beyond exceptional. Highly recommend for appliance repairs.

Jamie thoroughly evaluated what was wrong with my clothes dryer. He secured the necessary parts and repaired the dryer the very next day. The cost was very reasonable.

Alex was prompt, courteous and very patient explaining the issue with the refrigerator. He also called for parts while here so we could determine the next steps in replacement. We will certainly use their service again.

I Fix appliance helped repair a freon leak in our 19-year-old built in KitchenAid refrigerator. It was quite a complex repair replacing the evaporator/heat exchange coil with some custom retrofit to make it work. The technician and owner were great with communicating the work they needed to be done and came back twice to tweak the repair as needed. They were very knowledgeable and I really appreciated the effort they put in to make the repair work rather the a just telling me to get a new expensive and nowadays lower quality refrigerator.

I had a dryer that stopped heating, and I called for an appointment which I was able to get the next day. Alex came out and quickly identified the problem. He replaced the part, but he also took the time to clean the inside of the dryer which had accumulated a lot of dust bunnies over time. Alex is efficient and cleaned up the area when he finished. He’s friendly and explained what he was doing, and what the charges would be. Oh, he also likes cats and took time to pet my community cats.

Alex was amazing- he saved the day and caught the fact that my dryer was sparking in the back. He also, repaired our refrigerator beautifully. Very reasonable and honest!!

Javier was on time and very quick to detect the problem and remedy it. It appears to be working well.

The service tech (Jerry) was very good. The administration (office) could stand some improvements in scheduling and customer communications. I was not properly notified regarding times of arrival for services. Something is lacking there.
