Very poor service and communication. James refuses to return calls or texts for days, even when you call the office.

Was unable to repair refrigerator (which is ok) but then ghosted me when I told him that repairs did not work. I texted him repeatedly multiple time a day for several days without any response.

When you call him from a different number he thinks it’s new business and will answer promptly.

Service was great! Quick response, arrived within the given time window, respectfully asked about shoe removal, knowledgeable on issue, worked very efficiently, and at great price. Two thumbs up!

Gilbert was great. Called ahead. Made it here early. Explained the issue. Talked about options. Was able to fix the problem and offer suggestions if there were issues in the future.
