Had them come out to repair my freezer. First the tech started taking apart the entire inside of the freezer, I had to tell him the part was underneath behind the access panel. Once he got in the right area he realized he brought the wrong part. No big deal, said he would get the right one ordered and they would be in tough that day to straighten it out. Never heard anything from them, after a week I was tired of hearing it so i ordered the part and fixed it myself. About $120 and 20 mins. When I called them back the lady I had been talking to several times answers and was very nice, but had no clue that the issue was unresolved and a new part needed ordered etc. Told her I had already fixed it, she said she would call me back that day to set up a refund, $597 by the way. Never have been able to get anyone on the phone ever since. I have called and left several voice mails but they will not answer anymore. It has now been weeks.

We were very pleased with our tech that came out to fix a noise that our Speed Queen was having. Jermaine was diligent until he could find out the cause of the noise. He even called Speed Queen to verify what his findings were and to make sure he was correct. We appreciate his professionalism and his persistence.

Jermaine is an excellent technician. He was friendly, professional, and very efficient during the install of my over the range microwave. I would definitely do business with Doctor Appliance Repair again.

Don't use these guys if you value your time. We were originally scheduled for service on 8/13 from 330-530pm. The technician called me at 530 and let me know that he has to pick up his kid from day care and requested to reschedule which i obliged. We rescheduled to this morning 8/15 from 8-10 am. Then they called me at 9 am and told me that my service window moved to 10am-noon and i obliged. At noon the technician texted me that he was stuck in traffic. At this point they rescheduled me twice due to their own fault and still didn't show up on time.

The technician later texted me that he had to get parts to fix my oven and that's why he was late during the last interaction. This is highly suspect since I already submitted all necessary information to them last week including the type of stove, brand, serial number, model number, even the issue it was having. Therefore, the technician should have already gotten the part before seeing me.

Good afternoon, Mr Schaefer, I would first like to apologize for not meeting your expectations with scheduling. As you stated, we had a little schedule mixup this morning. To rectify the situation, the technician wanted to show up with your part so your appliance would be fixed the same day. In doing so, he ran into traffic (we all know how Houston traffic can be sometimes), which led to him being 10 minutes outside of his window. We strive to keep our customers happy, but sometimes, there are things we can not avoid. I apologize again for not meeting you expectations.

What happened to showing up by 530 Wednesday? What happened to showing up this morning by 10? Then noon? You’ve failed your own expectations, not just mine. You suggested the times to visit, then failed to show up.

I had a great experience with Faye from Dr. Appliance. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about their repair services. She clearly explained what they offer, provided helpful insights, and answered all my questions. I truly appreciate her professionalism, attention to detail, and the way she presented their services. Highly recommended.
