Charles did a great job getting our refrigerator diagnosed and fixed after the storm. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Set up an appointment, they confirmed. Came out and checked out the problem. They gave us a quote and came out the following week to fix it. I was so happy they were able to fix the problem we had at the residence of my employer. Will continue to use their company for further needs regarding appliance repair. Thank you Mr. Appliance

The fan on my 3 year old LG refrigerator was staring to fail. Mr Appliance recognized the problem, order the part, replaced the fan motor, and as an act of kindness, placed all my perishable items in the Igloo, back in the freezer before leaving. Travis is a White Glove professional!

Overall good experience! Only thing is we tried to reschedule for the morning instead of the afternoon and although the nice man on the phone was very friendly and said it was done, they still came in the afternoon which was less convenient because we had work things come up. That said, we are happy to have a working microwave again!
