Reliant Appliance Repair is the best! At my old house Yuri single-handedly fixed my Kenmore washer and dryer, GE profile oven, and KitchenAid dishwasher. After moving, he fixed my Fisher and Paykel dish drawer - twice. There is nothing Yuri cannot fix and he is always prompt with great communication. This is his new location so not many reviews, but check out his Sugar Land location reviews and you will read how customers rave about this company.

They verified my appliance details .. and arranged the parts under warranty.

After providing a detailed description of the problem with our Thermador microwave, Yuriy explained what was needed, ordered the necessary part and replaced it bringing our much needed microwave back to life. He is very knowledgeable and was in and out of our home in short order after thoroughly explaining what was done and addressing all of my questions. Although the part was expensive, [our microwave and oven were one unit (combo)] we decided it was cost effective to replace the part rather than purchase another microwave and oven!

I will certainly not hesitate to call on his (Appliance Repair Services) service again whenever necessary for any of our appliances!

They fixed my washer and done a great job. The work was reasonably priced. The repairman was courteous, answered all questions, explained what he was doing and why. He gave me information on how I can prevent my problem in the future.

The technician came out the same day and fixed my dryer in 30 minutes. Be aware that the cost of parts may be inflated. In my case, it’s three times more.

My experience with Reliant Appliance Repair was excellent. Yuri arrived just a little outside the original scheduled window but wasn't by much and a phone call/update was given beforehand. Yuri did an excellent job with the installation of a water filter and maintenance on our Sub-zero fridge and helped diagnose and repair our Bosch dishwasher. Both appliances were 20+ years old and glad Yuri was able to keep everything running like new. Prices were reasonable and Yuri was a pleasure to talk to. Thanks guys!

Our fridge wasn't cooling. I called about 4 different repair places, but Reliant Appliance Repair is the only one that answered the phone and sent a technician the same day.

John came over quickly within an hour of the original call, and was able to diagnose the issue with the fridge. We are on the fence regarding repairs vs getting a new fridge, and he gave us good recommendations for reliable brands if we wanted to buy a new fridge.

Since he was here, we also got him to look at our dryer that was making noise. John was able to diagnose the issue and fix the dryer.

Highly recommend this company - they are fast to respond, and quick to address the issues. The house visit was $65 and it goes towards the price of repair or replacement. This was much better than other places I called that wanted $130 for the house visit on top of repair costs.
