Yuri was responsive and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with my GE Monogram refrigerator/freezer immediately and had it repaired for n 24 hours. I am so grateful for his expertise and service.

We had several appliances that were in need of repair by different manufacturers. Reliant was able to quickly make appointments and was able to fix each of the appliances. In addition, they thoroughly cleaned the appliances which I appreciated. The folks were extraordinarily friendly and efficient. I am glad to have them as a resource the next time I have a problem.

Oscar did a great job checking our appliances, as the property manager I’m very satisfied with his work. Very honest company! Highly recommend.

Update: had another problem with the my GE gas Dryer and Anthony came out to fix it right away! Just some lint caught in exhaust. No major repair needed!

I called Uptown Appliance to check out a leak on my KitchenAid refrigerator. Carlos came to the house the same day I called and inspected the unit. The problem was a stuck water filter that was leaking. Carlos quickly analyzed the problem and corrected the issue in about 10 minutes. Absolutely fantastic service!! Didn’t charge me since it was such a simple repair. Wow!! They have a customer for life!! Great Job Carlos and the Uptown Appliance team!

Great service!!!! Uptown fixed the LG washer, the icemaker and seal gaskets on a Kitchen Aid fridge, and replaced my stand-alone ice maker (this is why the $$$) all in one trip. Hector and Alberto were punctual, efficient, and left the work areas spotless. Highly recommend!

My ice maker stopped working. Service rep came out and determined a new unit was needed. Within the day I had the quote, accepted it, part was ordered and installed within the week.

Disposal went silent. Checked usual suspects re: interruption of power. Called UpTown. Antonio was ther by 9am next working day. I provided useful background. Within minutes he reset the onboard circuit breaker on the unit (suspects bug was unable to find) He provided a few maintenance tips friendly and helpful.

Carlos, the technician, who serviced my washing machine and my dishwasher, did a superb job. He’s neat and meticulous and was fast and efficient replacing the appliance parts. I will ask for Carlos again in the future!

Second time I have used Uptown - they are punctual, communicate their timing to you, able to solve the problem quickly and explain what was wrong. Oscar was our latest technician, he did a fantastic job and got our dishwasher running in a few minutes. They even do annual maintenance. I would highly recommend them.

LG refrigerator died. Oscar came to diagnose and provided warranty information regarding the repair and helped reduce the cost of parts. Leah and Savanna in the office have been wonderful to work with while going back and forth with LG. Hector came out to do the actual repair and worked quietly and efficiently. Have had some issues with dishwasher and was determined latching mechanism was broken. Kevin came with new part and did quick and neat replacement. Kevin was very polite and obviously knowledgeable.

Anthony came out today to service and clean our nugget ice maker. He was quick and thorough. He explained what the process was and answered my questions. I’m very happy.

Although it took several visits over a month long period to finally get my fridge cooling properly again uptown did come recommended and I am happy they were able to fix it eventually. Shout out to Hector who took the most time to evaluate the repair. I also appreciate that the owner called to apologize for the lengthy repair process and asked for further feedback.
