Anthony was very professional, thorough in his work and in explaining and showing me the various issues related to my KitchenAid refrigerator repair. Very satisfied with the quality of his work.

Hector was great. We had Uptown Appliances out to look at our Sub-Zero refrigerators condenser. They had Hector out within 24 hours and he explained everything wrong, made a quick repair and we were good to go. Great experience as always.

Was not impressed. I had the same problem with my refrigerator that they fixed three years ago with ice build up hitting the fan. I told this guy they sent out and all he wanted to work on is the ice machine which was ok to begin with. This guy seemed to not understand english. I also tried to tell him the the temperature setting at 36 degrees was not cooling at 36 degrees. Again he did not understand what I was saying. They are coming back again and I hope they send me a repair man who understands what I am saying. At this point Michael Berry might recommend this company, but I do not unless they impress me on this next visit. I also had problems with this company when they tried to fix my microwave. That took three visits. The owner did call me back and apologized and is willing to fix the refrigerator at his cost as it is still under warranty. And he will send out a more experienced repairman. So I thought that was a really nice gesture on his part. Albert came out with new parts and did a good job as my refrigerator is back up running. I want to thank the owner Bobbie who gave me prompt attention and resolved this matter.

Hector from Uptown did a wonderful job repairing my Bosch oven and replacing the control panel. Uptown has been a great service provider and Hector was a great tech.

Oscar is the greatest! He was very smart and efficient. I gotta give it to them, this folks are the most honest people I’ve come across, had someone else come out and quote me a lot of money, they came out and told me I just need a cleaning! Great people and very honest!

Great experience, knowledgeable techs. Hector came over to identify and fix two problems related to my LG washer that were created by my plumber and install of washer. Immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed both issues. Back up and running quickly!

Great job with repairs on our wine cooler unit. Excellent response and work from Eddie and Carlos. Wish I could have them work on all of our appliances. Great job.

Oscar came into the fire station today with an incredible attitude and was ready to work! He dismantled the oven and replaced several parts to get it back into working order. He was able to order all the necessary parts that he did not have on hand as well. He was informative throughout the entire process and never seemed bothered when questions were asked. Overall, it was a very positive experience and one that was greatly appreciated. We are looking forward to having Uptown Appliance come back and install the ordered parts to get the oven working like new once again.

Today Anthony from Uptown Appliance came and fixed our Microwave. We got a text from him 30 minutes out letting us know when to expect him. He was very professional. He took precautions to protect the work area so as not to damage the counters or cabinets where he was working. He took time to install broken parts and tested to verify it worked as expected. Additionally, he took time to explain what was being replaced and why. I am very satisfied with the service.

The wine cooling system started freezing up. Oscar and Adrian found the problem and made the repair. I particularly like the fact that Oscar took the time to explain why it froze, how the repair addressed the problem, and how the sensitive system works in general. The technicians from Uptown Appliance Repair are always knowledgeable and professional.

Kevin came out and installed the new dishwasher. Did an amazing job!!!! He made it look perfect. Checked to make sure the dishwasher was working properly before he left. He cleaned up the area as well. What a wonderful experience I would recommend them 100%

Kevin and Hector came to repair our Thermador microwave today. They were both professional and extremely courteous. This was my first experience with Uptown Appliance after using K&N Service for years. The overall experience was a dramatic improvement.

Alberto was fantastic. Our washing machine gasket had some issues. He disassembled the parts quickly and professionally, reinstalled the gasket properly and was done in under one hour. Very clean and professional.

We seem to have had a lot of difficulty with our GE Monogram appliances. We have had excellent service from both Carlos G and Oscar G at Uptown Appliance. They were very helpful in fixing our gas cooktop and our built in Oven. They were able to do it in time for all of our holiday visitors! They were diligent, polite, and thorough.

Carlos was great, polite and quick. He explained what part was unserviceable and needed to be replaced. Brought the part, got to work right away anda few minutes later my electric range was working as new. Carlos was very profesional at all times, with great customer service skills.

Carlos did a fantastic job of quickly solving a problem with our refrigerator (that another company had missed). Problem solved. He was also prompt, professional and wore boot covers. Sharp Technician and the price was only $150. Highly recommend this business.

Fantastic service! I’ve used Uptown before and will use them again. Kevin went far above the call of duty. Repairing my dishwasher was a daunting task (warning: never buy LG appliances), but Kevin did a beautiful job. He was pleasant, friendly, and very efficient. If this were the Middle Ages, I’d call him a genius and a saint. Thank you, Uptown!

Hector came in on time. He was polite and communicative. He fixed the dryer part in a matter of around 10 minutes. Could not be happier with my service from Uptown Appliance. Hector did a great job!

Although our 1st visit did not fix the washer, the technician Alberto returned with a new board and was able to repair it quickly. Uptown also covered the repair under warranty. We appreciate them standing by their work.

After changing a few parts out and not getting the result they wanted, they used critical thinking to fully understand the issue and get it repaired today. Kevin and Carlos with Uptown Appliance repaired my Speed Queen dryer. He was very professional and arrived timely. He left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Excellent service.
