Antonio did a great job with my refrigerator! He made it work like new. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs their appliances fixed.

The office advised me the technician would arrive in 5 minutes. Alex arrived on time and went to work on the ice maker in my 1 1/2 year old Samsung Refrigerator. He asked a few questions and advised that 7 out of 10 Ice maker repairs he does are now on Samsung Refrigerators.
He showed me how the ice maker had frozen up with ice because the seal in the ice maker unit separating the ice maker from the refrigerator was inadequate. After he went back to his office to secure a replacement part, he installed the new one and applied sealant in the inside and outside of the ice maker unit. We are now making Ice and the constant condensation out of the ice maker is now gone because of the sealant.
I highly recommend this company - not so much for Samsung Refrigerators

My dish washer was broken and wasn’t washing my dishes. I had came to them hoping they could tell me what was wrong. Not only did they diagnose the problem, they fixed it in an efficient manner. Great service and I would easily go back to them if I have any other issues again.

Antonio was very prompt and very informative very friendly very reliable very safe. He explained his process on repairing the icemaker he offer suggestions on how to extend the life of the icemaker. You will not be disappointed if you can’t I highly recommend to request Antonio to be a repair man.

Awesome job. The guy who came out to fix my dryer diagnosed the problem within minutes, ordered the parts, and fixed my dryer the next day in less than 20 min. Very happy with their service

Antonio came out to repair a valve in my Dacor stove top. He didn't take the time to remove the downdraft vent pipe to properly install the valve nor did he add any plumbing goop. We ended up having a gas leak. I complained to the manager and have never gotten a call back after she assured me I would get one. Beware!

Worse experience ever. My ice making machine broke and had this company repaired. It took them 2 months to do it and only worked for 1 month before it broke again. I called but they said I'm out of labor warranty which is 1 month. $300 out of the $500 charged was parts which has a warranty of 3 months. They did not want to refund me that either because they said the warranty started when I first called, not when I had my machine delivered . Not to mention, they never answers my phone calls to avoid me and I had to change a different phone for them to pick up the phone. Pathetic... Don't use this company....

It is very nice to see that there are still companies like Inflex that actually go above and beyond the call of duty providing excellent customer service at the right price.

Tech diagnosed problem in about 2 minutes on first visit. Had to order part and returned a couple days earlier than originally thought. Fixed my Maytag washer in about 20 minutes from arrival. Problem hasn't returned and all is well. Highly satisfied with performance.

I was forced to use this company through my home warranty. I am also forced to put a $45 deposit down towards doing the work. The home warranty is not covering to fix my oven but is giving me a buyout whereby I have to pay the extra amount. I have called the company to schedule them to come out and repair my oven with the new parts since I have already issued the $45 deposit and they are not willing to do the labor unless I buy the parts from them which have over a 100% mark up. I have asked for my deposit back and was told no. They actually just hung the phone up on me instead of dealing with the problem at hand. Prior to this I called at least 6 times and was only called back once to schedule the appointment.

Website advertised free estimate for repairs, when I called to make appointment, I was told they don't come out on free estimate calls. If I wanted service they would charge me 50 dollars service charge which would become part of payment for repair if tech. could do
Repair. Two days later I was contacted by receptionist that my total to replace heat element and fuse would be 215 dollars minus 50 dollars service charge. Problem is heating element doesn't cost but 30 dollars and fuse 5 dollars. So service cost was 165 dollars for a 10 min. Job. I called that service charge robbery. Unacceptable, don't mind paying fair pair for fair service.

Had them come to my house to fix a dryer under warranty through home depot. The service technician had my husband take the dryer apart to troubleshoot over the phone and could not fix it. The actual technician came out without calling to check if we were home and then replaced a part and left without telling us anything. They refused to put the dryer back together because it was "already apart when he got here." Now we have to put it back together because it's not their job to do so. Worst customer service ever.

Intelflix has been in business for years. I have been using the services several times. They are honest, relaible and skilled in what they do; they offered quality repair at decent prices. This saves me from buying home warranty insurance and buying new appliances.

Unprofessional expirence.

After two months of trying to get my washer machine fixed, I had to have up and move on to a different service. The receptionist lady very unprofessional, she even made fun of my accent.

The technician showed up took my washer machine a parts and never came back.

I wish Home Depot stop recommending this business.

My Sears Home Warranty uses this repair company and the customer service and responsiveness to messages left on their machine is not a professional method to conduct business and you never get a live voice unless you call multiple times. They scheduled an appointment with me for Saturday 9/11 in between the hours of 10-1 and no one ever called to confirm they were coming out nor did they show up then the audacity of them to have a prerecorded message stating their office was closed Saturday for maintenance. If office maintenance was going to impact them sending out a technician then a courtesy call should have been made to let me know. I have left message after message and contacted Sears Warranty and told them to find someone else reliable and responsive as I've already paid both Warranty and deductible for the service and they not even have the decency to reach out regarding the appointment or check to see if a more suitable date would be okay to reschedule for due to inconvenience on their end. I was supposed to attend a funeral for a love one who died due to COVID-19 and missed it sitting around my home waiting on someone to show up because non communication from their end. This is a very disturbing matter and I just hope after Monday if no one shows up that Sears finds me another reliable service provider or I will be canceling all services with SEARS if this situation isn't rectified the way it should of been without me having to do a poor review in order for them to understand that people's time is precious and they need to do a better job or hire someone to answer the phone and not have to just leave messages waiting on them to respond just like I waited on them to show up. I am very upset and wish I'd never had to deal with their incompentecy all together. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

I had a washing machine pour out water one night. I spent the next 2 hours with my wife pulling water up with a steam cleaner. I had to go to work the next day, so the Intelfix rep came out and spoke to my wife. I got the call and was told it was going to cost $191.13. I had spent the morning pulling video and speaking to other people with similar issues. I was able to determine that there are only 3 parts that cause 100% of all problems. Each of these 3 parts are available at most places at a cost of $10-$20. I was able to watch a video (1min. 12 sec. long) of the installation of the part he said I needed. My wife was told the part costs $87. When she asked why the part cost so much, the rep responded with, "So, do you want me to fix it cause I can just leave." I reported my complaint and requested the manager call me back. That never happened. The summary version of my complaint is that this company charged $87 for a $10 part, and charged $96 for labor that takes 1 minute for an amateur to do. Also, the representative should be prepared to professionally answer questions. This is especially true when your company is taking more than a fair profit margin from customers. SHAME ON YOU APPLIANCE REPAIR INTELFIX.

The service was courteous and prompt. I was informed of the general time to expect the repairman's arrival and this helped me plan around the visit. Repair work was completed in little time. I found the cost reasonable.
