I've always been pleased and impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism that all of our technicians from Mr Appliance have possessed. the service is efficient and excellent and the communication is very thorough and deeply appreciated.

Best appliance company I have ever dealt with. Honest. On time. Reasonably priced. Communicative. Went above and beyond to search EBay for a discontinued circuit board for my freezer, saving me thousands I’d needed to have paid to replace it. Bravo! 5 stars!!!!

Greg, the owner and Travis, the technician have renewed my faith in appliance service companies!! My 5 star range burner and grill were not lighting properly. After dealing with another company twice with no results, Travis arrived and fixed the stove in no time. The other company wired a new part wrong and the burner just needed cleaning. The professionalism, competence and honesty from Mr Appliance of River Oaks, is so relieving that everyone should call this company if you need an appliance serviced. Its really hard to get a good appliance service company these days. Thank you!!!

They did great work at a reasonable price. Their tech (Javier) arrived promptly, was very professional and even arrived a little early. I highly recommend them.

I spoke to Greg the owner explained the problem that I had with Bosch dishwasher . He listened to me and discussed different options. The Tech , Travis came as scheduled . Did the diagnostic and did some repairs and within few minutes the appliance was running without having to change an expensive part. Saved me a lot of money. Very reliable and trustworthy. These guys went above and beyond my expectations. I had a bad experience with another company before I went to MR. Appliance. The owner (Greg) was super helpful and David (“the fixer”) made my refrigerator happy again. He even came out twice when I was worried about the door not shutting properly. They didn’t even charge me for the return trip.
I really appreciate how professional the whole process was, too. I received advance notice before someone came to my house, including the name and a picture of the technician, who arrived in a marked company vehicle and wearing a uniform. Made me feel much safer having a stranger in my home.They were also very careful not to do any damage to my floors when moving the heavy appliances around.
Now, I know Mr. Appliance (River Oaks) is the only one I will use. And, I’ll happily refer them to my family/friends.

I cannot give enough praise about Travis, the technician, and the owner, Greg. Greg communicated often about appointments and arrivals. When issues occurred out of his control, he kept me informed continuously. He went to 3 different suppliers to get a part for a 20 year old freezer that was not really replaceable. Travis was knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. He went over and beyond. Since I was having a party, he came over the weekend on his day off to complete the work. He would not even take a tip that was more than due. I cannot say enough good things about the excellent service I received.

I originally hired a 4.9 star 1,800 reviews rated company on Google to repair my Asko dishwasher. They caused more damage than they repaired and it was pretty clear they didn’t now what they were doing and watching YouTube repair videos while at my house. After they came twice I decided to cut my losses and Mr. Appliance came out and immediately identified the issue, made the repair and gave me a discount for my troubles. I highly recommend them. They did a great job and were clearly versed in the Asko dishwasher.

Mr. Appliance of River Oaks is a company that I trust for in my home with kids, and pets as well as my elderly mother. They were easy to schedule, on time and prompt, courteous and professional. Added bonus they only fixed what needed to get my dishwasher up and running and didn’t try to sell me on anything and the price was fair. Well worth it to me.

The person that came out here is named Oscar, he was very patient and he knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions and he went far and beyond working on my dryer. I would recommend Mr. Appliance for repairs and to ask for Oscar.

Easy to call and schedule appointment. It is set for a wide timeframe initially and then they narrow it down the day before which is helpful. They also send text message confirmation reminders and to let you know when tech is on the way. Staff is very courteous and professional. They worked on a washer for us, but was told they can work on any appliance, which is great for any future needs.

When our washer broke, initially they said one week. They said they would see if someone could come earlier. We left for Memorial Day weekend. Three times before we returned, they sent notices they could come earlier. Travis came and explained they needed one part. He spent more time explaining all charges. He said they could get the part for tomorrow but her was booked. I called the office and pleaded with Kyndal. Next day Javier showed up with the part. Isn't this great? Hire them

Great communication, they send you text messages, announcing their arrival of your technician along with his photograph, they’re always on time and they fix my old professional garland, stove perfectly. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable and great at his job.No one else in town would touch it, but they came out and got the job done. Highly recommend

Appreciate Mr. Appliance for quickly diagnosing and fixing my broken dryer with a blown fuse. They came out on a Wednesday, diagnosed the issue and were back with part on Friday and had it repaired within 10 minutes.

Kyle came in a did the repairs in no time. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

We had to have the entire tub of our washing machine replaced because the bearings failed. It was basically the transmission and a major problem to fix. Mr. Appliance did an amazing job. They worked with the company on the warranty. They kept me informed on whether the parts had come in, and scheduled us immediately when they did. They texted when their service man was on his way with his name and photo. It is now running like new. They have skilled service people, are very professional and care about their customers more than most companies I have dealt with.

We have used Mr. Appliance Services for pur Thermador appliance repairs and they provided professional, reliable and timely service. Their technicians are skilled and prepared for the repairs. The company is a bit on the high price for labor, but it is worth it and I trust their knowledge of this brand.
