OK. Follow up. Nine days of suffering in heat are over. After a couple follow up calls for status updates, the part arrived, has been installed. The installer answered my questions while she worked and hopefully no more issues for a while.

All aspects.....new unit, repair services when needed and Always quick to respond, friendly to deal with and reasonable pricing for great service .

During the hottest month of recorded history I was allowed to be squeezed in because I have a friend who has a son who's a heart patient awaiting a donor. He has to have cool air at all times. When I called to explain my friends problem, they responded promptly. Not only did they solve all their problems, but gave me a big discount in the process. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are the best. Tech came to my house because my A/C was blocked up. He fixed it and then installed a part that could clear the line with ease in the future. Then he noticed my gas furnace was venting into my attic. Yikes! My home inspection did not find this (I bought this house recently). They quoted me and brought all the parts and had it done within a few hours. Fantastic service start to finish. Thanks Charles and Dericka!!
