Techncian Derrica picked up our service call within an hour of request. Our heating system was not starting up on first use of the season. She worked tirelessly for several hours to trouble shoot the unit. She was very professional, had to replace a part, got our problem solved. She waived the diagnostic fee. We have used this company for many years, and recommend them to anyone with heating or A/C problems. Thank you Charles, Donny and Derrica for being a company we can depend on. We highly recommend AACANN AC service. Derrica arrived promptly on schedule. She was friendly and courteous. She was able to quickly diagnose the issue and took the time to explain the problem and the steps to resolve the issue. Their prices are reasonable. If you need a friendly , reliable and affordable service call them. We will definitely use them for future AC\ Heating problems.

I’m am happy with the service. Donny actually returned my call on a Sunday and a technician at my house Monday morning. Derrica and the other young man were professional and friendly. I felt comfortable as they explained everything very well. AC back running and I will use them again. Thank you!!

Charles came over right before the storm is due to hit on January 20, 2025. He found my issue, traveled from my area to secure a part that was needed and returned to fix my furnace. We woke up to 66 degrees in the house this morning. Now we are toasty warm because of his dedication and I am forever grateful! Thank you and appreciate you so much AACAAN!! You all are amazing.

Previous review from 3 years ago, different issue but same company and same great service. AC went out around 0400 this morning.. call made and by 1030 AC back working. Very great prices and communication excellent.

My grandfather swore by this company and I remember being a little girl he would always call Aacann and they would come out and fix the issue and were always so polite.my grandfather was very opinionated and absolutely loved the staff and pricing .I got older and needed help my air was not blowing in the summertime needed the unit replaced and I knew who to call.not only did they work with me but they came out to the house super quick and in a 20 year difference nothing changed still the same respectful company with the best prices .I will always recommend

I can’t say enough positive things about this wonderful family owned company. During the freeze of 2020. My heat went out and they had to wait on the part and instead of leaving me hanging while I was pregnant they actually brought me firewood. As soon as the part came in, they came and replaced it and I had heat.

Another instance where this wonderful company came in place was my great grand grandfather lost his AC unit and they went out on another side of town that they don’t actually service so that they could inspect the unit and ultimately replace it.

This company always finds the time and space for their customers to get serviced and although they are busy, they always make the appointments on time and keep them. You won’t be waiting in the heat or the cold very long because they are always gonna send out a knowledgeable technician to assist you with your heat and cooling issues.

They are very honest and will not sell you or make you pay for a part that you don’t need which is very important when utilizing an AC and heating company. Is very important that you deal with an honest company and this is that company that you can trust.

I highly recommend this company and if I have more than five stars to give them, I would definitely give them all.
