We have used Collin Air for years. We couldn't be more pleased with the work they have done from routine checks and maintenance to replacing the entire system. Arrived home from work yesterday and the temperature in the house was 78. The thermostat was set for 74. Called at 4:15 and spoke with Taylor. As always she was incredibly helpful. She sent their technician, Mark, and he arrived within 10 minutes. And Collin also stopped by to check on things as well. The new blower motor was installed in less than 30 minutes and we had cool air. If you are looking for honesty. professionalism, reliable work with experienced technicians and great customer service you will never go wrong with Collin Air.

We called Collin Air Conditioning when we felt it was time for a new Carrier A/C + A/H 3.5 Ton Complete Unit. We love Collin Air because whether it's been years or a shorter time since calling we are remembered and they know what was said at the last visit. There was not one problem or change in price or system and we feel they are so reliable, trustworthy, price competitive, professional and they cleaned up after the installation. We could not be happier with our new Air and Heat and know there will be no worries if it is a hot summer. Collin Air does a great job! They're professional, knowledgeable, on time (and keep you informed by reminding you of appointments, texting when they're on the way.) They make every effort to respond quickly if you AC is out during the heat, and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

Mark came out, on time and checked out both
a/c units and noticed a couple of plug issues which he took care of.

I always look at the 1-star reviews before calling any highly rated contracting company, because I base my initial opinion on how ridiculous those reviews are. Suffice it to say, Collin Air Conditioning deserves a full 5/5 for service, transparency, service and availability. Our Carrier Ac Thermostat went out on us and, late in the day of the hottest day of the year, I was up the creek without a paddle, looking for hotels for our family of 4. That’s when I called Collin Air. Collin answered, asked some diagnostic questions over the phone then told me to come in to pick up a temporary tester thermostat just to get our ac back up and running overnight. By noon the next day, they fit me in and set me up with a new thermostat. They’ve earned my business and if you’re like me and go to the negative reviews first, let me save you some time. They’re not warranted and Collin, Andy, Taylor and Collin Air deserve a shot at earning your business.

I've used Collin Air since I bought my house in 2005 and have always been more than pleased with their service. They hit all the usual marks - on-time, reliable, efficient - but more than that, they seem to really care about helping me out of whatever predicament I'm in, whether it's scheduling, technical, or financial.

Jimmy's been at my house many times and he rocks, but Andy was here today and I was genuinely impressed with his troubleshooting skills as well as his resourcefulness. The folks at Collin AC are just good people, and I recommend them.

We noticed water dripping from the overflow pipe and called Collin A/C. They were here a month ago to do the a/c checkup and tuneup. We had not had that done before but it's always seemed like a good idea. Today the gentleman worked in our attic for about a half hour or so with vacuum and lots of tools and noise. When he was done he said it was pretty clogged up but he got it cleaned out. They normally charge about $500 but since they had just done a service call it was free today. He wouldn't even accept a tip.
I won't call anyone else for heating or air issues.

Exceptional service for fixing my condo AC after many other people could not do it and did not satisfy our needs we are so happy to find Collin Air to fix this for us! It is not an easy job in a condo where the AC is on the top of the closet it is very hard to access. He is fair pricing as well and honest people. Would recommend to anyone! Especially people located in the W condos

Our air conditioner went out and needed someone to come right away. They told me between 3-5 and I was pleasantly surprised tech was early. He quickly found the cause. A rodent had chewed a wire. Great service!

We needed to have a HVAC unit inspected as a part of a home sale, and our previous company was no longer in business. I called so many places who wouldn’t make time for us for over a month since our unit was working. Not only did Collin Air get us scheduled in a timely fashion, they did a very thorough inspection to make sure everything was checked and working and well documented for our selling process. They took care not to make any messes and explained everything & made sure we had the documentation we needed. We will definitely be calling them again, the best service I’ve had from an HVAC company in the area and I’ve used several.

I didn't know any contractors in this field of expertise that I could call. So, I decided to goggle for contractors nearby.
I read lots of reviews from customers which were listed underneath each contractor. I clicked on the Collin Air Website and after our introductions,
I set an appointment for the same day.
The Technician showed up in about an hour after I made the call. A very nice young man named Mark knocked on my door. I welcomed Him to my home and explained the problem I was experiencing. Immediately he started working to diagnose the problem. He found a bad relay in my HVAC system.
Replaced it after he fetched it from a local vendor. He was a good listener, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.
I would gladly recommend him to anyone.

Called this company last minute due to a problem we were having and they were able to come and fix it asap. Like literally within 30 mins so I was very grateful.

I think his name was Mark(?) but he was so nice and explained everything and educated us on what the issue was and what he did to fix it. My mom and I asked so many questions but he was so patient and kind and we learned so much today. He definitely deserves a raise lol. If I weren't moving away from this area this company would permanently have my business. Also the lady taking phone calls was super nice and professional. 100% recommend people!!
