In the middle of summer, in Texas, the last thing you need is for your air conditioner to stop working. This can be stressful, especially when it happens on a Saturday, which is what happened to me.
I called Collin Air Conditioning and the technician on call responded within the hour. He came out right away. I described as best as I could what was wrong. The technician stopped by his store and picked up the part (our motor went out).
They used proper safety measures and had us up and running quickly.
I will be a customer for life.

I found Collin Air through the Honey Well Professional HVAC Contractors site and I am so glad I chose them. The technical team Collin and Andy are very knowledgeable and professional. We recieved excellent service from Collin Air Conditioning! We had an emergency situation that required same-day replacement of our HVAC compressor, and they replaced it that same afternoon. We are very please with the replacement of our 2 furnaces AC by Collin air. It has been a real pleasure from the visit to inspect and take notes on issues we had with the air distribution. Not only the execution was smooth and very professional but the changes made with our distribution has been corrected and we love the result. I called Collin Air Conditioning for 2nd opinion where the last technician told me I have to replace the whole AC Unit compressor that will cost me $4,600. I'm laughing as I write this because Jimmy from Collin Air told me it was only a wiring issue, there is no issues he sees after he ran his diagnostics. IF you live in Allen, Plano and generally north Dallas, Collin Air Conditioning should be your designated tech for your AC system. Watch out for others, and I'm being nice because the cool is have me in a good mood.

Always very professional. I have used them for 10 years and have always been very pleased. Pretty conservative and not pushing a new system. I can recommend then without hesitation.
Update I had to get a new outside unit and thermostat. It just wasn't fixable. Jimmy was here early. Collin located a compatible unit and the crew was here by one installing. Incredible service from the whole crew. Thanks

Had Collin Air this week for fall/winter service. On time and professional as always. Easy to contact.

Marc got to my place early. He did a thorough look at my “problem” which turned out to be vibration in the intake vent. He went on to provide routine maintenance. I got their Platinum package for a/c care. As of right now I’m no longer sneezing when the a/c turns on.

Collin Air is the best. Andy came by in the morning and explained the work he thought should be done, and I agreed, but I was apprehensive at what the cost would be. Collin emailed me the bid within minutes and it was reasonably priced, so I agreed to the job.

Taylor called me to let me know they'd be able to come out THE SAME DAY, and it was already hot outside. Andy, Marc, and Jesse worked in the heat for hours and my home was chilled totally down by the time my family went to bed.

This was an awesome experience and they made something that could have been terrible into a normal, everyday business transaction. The staff are professional and friendly, and I highly recommend them for any HVAC issue you may have.

Collin Air took care of us! We used them based on a recommendation word of mouth. The install went fine until someone stepped accidentally on our interior sprinkler system in our attic in our townhome. Water went in our walls and ceiling down to our downstairs. I guess this had never happened before and was a super rare occurrence. Collin Air paid for all the water restoration, a new ceiling for our kitchen, and new carpeting for our entire upstairs! They were willing to go ahead and pay for it all without making us wait on the insurance stuff. We appreciate being taken care of in a timely manner and confidently can say that they care of their clients. Rest assured if a fluke thing happens to you, you will be taken care of.
