I thank you for hiring an expert Air conditioner technician Mr. Mekonnen..He is professional, courteous, kind, and precise. He went into attic, inspected the AC device, took pictures of the problem area burned wires. Showed me the picture and made recommendations on how to fix and before I knew it, the AC is working again. What a blessing.

Courteous and knowledgeable service technician. Just before DFW's annual icestorm, they got my furnace checked out and running quickly with a reasonable charge.

Jayla stopped by to perform routine check up and it was so nice to see a woman in this position. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. She explained what she did. I'll be requesting her for my service in the spring.

Mekonnen did a great job servicing our HVAC units. He was very professional and explained everything that was done and what needed to be done. Highly recommend.

Tyler of Total Air & Heat came out to figure out what was wrong with one of my AC units. He did find the issue. I found him to be patient and thorough.
Subsequently it was determined that I needed a new system. Robert took the time to thoroughly assess the whole cooling system including ducts etc. He provided options and walked me through all of the "whys" and "wherefores" so that I had a good understanding. He was very knowledgeable and congenial.
And Noah and the installation crew for the new system were outstanding. Thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and all of that working on a day of extreme Texas heat. Good job all!

The Total Air team did a great job installing our new a/c unit. They were very knowledgeable,efficient and helpful...encouraging us to ask any questions we might have re the installation process. They did a great job of removing old unit & moving new equipment into attic w/o disturbing our household . Left everything very clean. Wld definitely recommend Total Air to anyone searching for a/c maintenance and/or replacement!

Not recommended. Total Air was hired to replace the HVAC system and add a whole home humidifier. What a total mess.
To start, the day after we signed the agreement/quote, their salesmen came to us saying he needed an extra $500 because they missed a line item and company would charge him personally if I didn't fork over extra. Inappropriate.
Next, they fell through the ceiling during install (caught on camera). Stuff happens but they initially said they would only patch the big hole. I had to go back to the owner to ask for a complete piece of drywall to be installed.
Then, the system leaked and caused the ceiling to collapse (picture attached).
30+ visits from their crew, 4 months of stress, and two ceiling holes later and the humidifier never worked properly.
DO NOT LET THESE GUYS IN YOUR HOME!

The service team from Total Air came out this morning to make a small adjustment as a result of my annual service check up. They are truly an amazingly service oriented company as they uncovered the need for the slight adjustment and came right out and made it ! In a world where so many companies use their annual service program to “invent issues” Total Air operates with total integrity and accountability.
It’s been one year after they replaced all my AC vents and I still look forward to a reason to call their office as view their office staff more like “friends with incredible HVAC knowledge”!!!
This is the best run service company that I have ever dealt with, by far!

Total has serviced and replaced two of my units. I had Jeff out to look at a very old unit expecting him to sell me on a new one, but he took a consultative approach. I really appreciate this approach. We ultimately called him back for the replacement when it failed. The technicians are always on time and friendly. Great company and I refer them to all my neighbors!

Kayla came out and did a superb job. She was very professional, friendly, and had an eye for detail. She examined, cleaned, and set everything up to have worry free furnaces this winter. Excellent experience.

The guys did a great job on the day before a holiday. Appreciate them coming out on the day before a holiday to get our unit back up and running and the cost was almost half of what another company wanted for the same job.

-Update- Owner agreed it wasn't professional and they were able to resolve my issue. Updated review from 1 to 5 as, while it did take some arguing, they did do what other companies wouldn't.

Continued problems with a mini split installed. When I had a technician come look at a defective, The billing department that called one hour after the appointment was extremely rude and demanded payment immediately. Very little customer service and very frustrating to work with

Technician showed in a timely manner and addressed the issue that I was experiencing. He toke the time to explain the problems and also what is needed to prevent future repairs

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Purchased 3 new ac units and 3 new furnaces from this company. Drip lines are not attached appropriately and my new ac flooded my ceiling. My electrician saw one of their workers opening PEEING in my attic. I could go on, but this should be enough. Picture is of wet attic floor and water coming through ceiling weeks after installation.

I wish I would’ve used them sooner! For years I spent a ton on numerous service calls from a poorly installed and serviced geothermal unit. The first trip out Skylar found things the other techs didn’t find or solve, he was so prompt in following up to get things fixed and great to work with!

Heater died, having the old system replaced. Tech explained everything so tomorrow new AC and furnace being installed. Lots of discounts this time of year. Edit: Had them come and clean my dryer vent. Dryer works so much better now.

Jared was excellent! He provided a thorough explanation of everything supported by photos. He was professional, courteous and capable. Highly recommend!

Total Air arrived quickly to resolve the issue with my AC. Got fixed fast at a great price and I couldn’t say enough good things about them! Will use Total Air going forward. They are the best!
