Had a power outage last night and during the 100 degree heat today noticed that the AC was not blowing any cold air. Pulled the capacitors to have them checked and also took video of the relay making noise even with the breaker was off. The proprietor and her staff were very friendly and helpful. She had the video analyzed and confirmed something was wrong. She checked one of the capacitors was a little low. Capacitor replacement is the biggest ticket item for HVAC repair. It is hundreds of dollars with the a capacitor only about $20.

She got the replacement relay and capacitor replacements from her stock. I replaced them and magic, my AC was cooling. This trip cost approximately $50. If I had called a professional it easily could have been 300 to 400 dollars. Big thanks to them for their good advice, saving me money, and getting my system working again in an hour.

Cecil and his family have been a life saver. I walked in with very little knowledge on parts let alone how to repair my unit. All I had was my brother in FL who knows more than I do and Cecil at HVAC Depot. With 2 young kids at home I couldn't afford to wait for a HVAC tech. Cecil walked me through what I needed to know, even after hours when the shop closed. I successfully repaired the fan motor and replaced the capacitor. Thank you HVAC team for being totally awesome. Prices were amazing and I'm forever going to support this small family business. You and your family are what Texas is all about!!!

The employees are very knowledgeable and are willing to go the extra mile for a customer. They have many common parts on hand for many systems & can order whatever they don't have in their inventory. The location is easy to find and not hard to get in or out of during high traffic periods. They were my angels yesterday!

Our AC went out during the hottest stretch of summer, and with a one-year-old at home, we were desperate for a quick fix. These guys came through big time — not only did they source the part faster than anyone else in the area, they also walked me through DIY troubleshooting while I waited. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and run by a solid local family. As someone who owns rental properties nearby, I’ll be sourcing all my HVAC parts from them moving forward. Highly recommend!

Cecil and Fidel were absolutely amazing and so helpful. We were happy they were open on Sunday, but was impressed with their knowledge and willingness to make sure we had everything we needed. If you need parts or service or install, I would recommend.

My HVAC transformer got blown so I came in to get a new one. The owners both husband and wife were super informative and helpful. It was my first time replacing this and I am really grateful for them taking the extra time to guide me and give me a bunch of information that helped me. I’ll definitely be coming here in the future for all my HVAC needs!

I went with Morsco after the covid issue and sold 60k plus in equipment and after 2 years nothing but call backs on equipment and wait times over 3 weeks on warranty parts. Not professional and unexceptabe. If I ran my business like this I would be BK. Thr fac that this business only has 4 reviews over multiple years should tell tou all you need to know.
