This is Kirk, also a customer of LEX. My wife and I are close friends of Patty, owner of the residence where the work was performed by Alex P. Patty called us because of an odor in the house that smelled like someone was smoking a cigarette. After observing the odor I called LEX Air to have a technician meet me there on a Saturday morning. Upon arrival, Alex quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a plan to correct the issues. Upon knowing that Patty will be selling her house in a month or two and moving out of state to be with her children, Alex quickly focused on the immediate corrections needed, as well as being respectful of Patty’s financial situation.
Today, on Monday, Alex P showed up on time and on his regular day off and proceeded with the work. The work was completed within the time frame established by Alex. Alex was very professional, respectful and kept us informed during the entire process
Peace of mind and trust for Patty. There is no better form of company advertisement as what was provided by Alex!

My technician, Jose Morales, was very pleasant and personable. He took his time with the project I had and answered a lot of my questions. He understood my concerns and didn’t try to talk me out of anything, which I appreciate. He’s an excellent service person along with being a very kind person.

Ryan came out within 24 hours of my call, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had my HVAC unit back up and running in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left.

You can tell he truly cares about his work and the customer. Lex Air is lucky to have him — Highly recommend Lex Air and especially Ryan for any HVAC needs.

Frankie was personable and answered all my questions. I have had some bad experiences with previous HVAC companies that were not honest. I had an independent HVAC repairman look at my system and his fix did not fix the problem. Frankie did try to sell me a new heater; however, it does not make sense to replace an eight year-old heating unit. I'm still skeptical regarding the use of this company. I read previous negative reviews and they were not encouraging.

Overall, Frankie stated the company and he were honest. I hope that is the case. More to come once the issue has been resolved. The three star review is only a preliminary review. I will have to see how things go.

Their technician gave us a repair price that was $200 more than what another company charged us. 2 days later, I called them and even agreed to pay the higher price, the receptionist said the technician would call me back and he never did. Hired another company and they came the same day and fixed it . Do not recommend Lex . Go somewhere else please

Ryan was an awesome technician! Very thorough and it was obvious he wasn’t a scam artist. He spent a copious amount of time going over the indoor and outdoor units to make sure he gave me and my family an accurate diagnosis

Collin was very polite, knowledgeable, thorough and honest. He determined the cause of my problem almost immediately and then perfromed a complete system check pointing out areas of concern to prevent future problems.
Very positive experience for me and a load off my mind. I would recommend Lex to anyone for honest and fair AC/Heat service!

Had the seasonal check up by Lex-Air. Dinell was our tech and did an awesome job walking through the options for our system and explaining what is available to make our system more efficient. Dinell was very thorough and super personable. If possible, we'll be asking for him to come back for our summer check-up!

I reached out to Lex Air with a concern and they immediately got me in for a service call. The experience with the coordinator was easy and she was extremely helpful. My service tech, Kyle Key, was excellent. Extremely personable, helpful, professional, and gave great advice as to how to protect our investment better. He took care of our problem and explained it to me throughout his diagnosis. Just a true professional and great personality. I am very committed to Lex Air based on this experience and will ask for Kyle everytime if I can.

I’ve been having issues with A/C at my new home, and the original installer had delays in coming out. To get it fixed, I found Lex.

The company has a good setup, they will call ahead to give reminders, send text message with installer details, and their pricing is competitive with others.

Kyle K. is the reason they ought to have 6 stars. Kyle was tasked with coming out to address my A/C. He was kind and patient with me wanting to understand my system, answering questions and giving me practical advice. Kyle also proactively checked in with me while other installers came to fix the issue I was having, and ensured he exhausts every effort to keep us comfortable while our system was struggling. It’s evident he cares, and makes it easy to recommend Lex to others.

First of all LexAir is a quality company that provides world class quality equipment and services. Today they dispatched Pierre Moya to perform my fall maintenance and check out an error message I received from the system. His professionalism and people skills reflect the high standards I have come to expect from Lex. I have had service contracts with multiple large companies trying to get things done cheaper. Bad mistake! Choose LexAir for your A/C and Furnace needs and you will not regret it.

Excellent service from Andrew Mullins installing Ring camera for my garage area and upgrading my kitchen overhead light for increased efficiency. Very grateful light upgrade could be completed without having to replace light fixture, saving me money. Andrew accomplished all my tasks efficiently and completely all the while showing courtesy, kindness and professionalism. Thank you Andrew!!

Paul Head was wonderful! He was our Comfort Specialist and sold us a new HVAC system and a new 18 inch blown-in insulation package. He explained all of our options in great detail and was so knowledgeable! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for either of these!!!
