This is my second time using Lex for a service/repair on my home, and I highly recommend them! Joseph and his team went above expectations and with no delay got to work on the issue. I'm happy with the results and know if a different part of my house breaks, I can call on them.

Lex Air has been such a great service provider for our home. Their services are affordable and their work is exceptional. Klye has serviced our homes a couple of times and he, along with all the Lex Air staff have been a delight to work with. I always feel well informed about the needs of our home. Cannot say enough good things about our HVAC Technician Reece Graham. He has been out to service our units before and I love how efficient and straightforward he is. I never feel like I’m trying to be “sold” something, but always told and shown what can better my system in order to increase longevity. Thanks Lex for employing honest team members.

Paul Head was informative, straightforward, and provided a very reasonable quote. He took into account that my system wasn’t very old and recommended a simple evaporator coil and condenser swap since the furnace still had plenty of life left, which helped keep the cost down. Almost every other company wanted to replace everything and charge nearly double. Paul clearly explained every detail of the system and had an answer for all my questions.

The installation was led by Jorge Benitez and his crew. They worked efficiently, were careful to avoid any damage, and left the work area tidy. After installation, the ΔT across all my supply/return vents measured around 20 degrees, showing the system is cooling efficiently.

If you get this crew, you won’t be disappointed.

I had an outstanding experience with my AC technician Dinell Smith during my seasonal maintenance appointment. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain what he was checking, made sure everything was running efficiently, and even offered helpful tips for keeping my system in great shape throughout the year.

His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the quality of his work and the pride he takes in doing the job right. I highly recommend him to anyone needing AC service—and maintenance—absolutely excellent service!

This review is long, long overdue, and I apologize for not sharing it sooner. Although I work as a project manager in commercial construction, I was surprisingly at a loss when it came to my own residential HVAC unit. Glenn at LEX Electrical provided great service - from inspection to planning to repair and cleanup. He provided solutions and pricing and repaired needed work on the spot. He was courteous and respected our property with shoe coverings and left the job site clean. We will certainly use LEX for future projects. 5 Stars.

Omar and Young Choe did a fantastic job during the maintenance service. Omar was the first representative from Lex Air who took the time not to have me sign and buy, but sat with me and went over their diagnosis of my HVAC system. They went above and beyond, I'm truly grateful. I must have them come back for every service.

I had an excellent experience with Alex from Lex Plumbing. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly. Alex conducted a very thorough analysis, not only fixing the original issue but also identifying and resolving other problems he found along the way.

He took the time to explain each and every detail clearly, making sure I understood what was happening and why the repairs were needed. His professionalism, attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out.

I am in the Lex-Air Cool Club(check it out). Bryson came out for an inspection, covering all the bases. He asked a few questions about my HVAC systems and then went to work. He had some service recommendations, showing pictures and even video. I authorized some items for today & asked for the others to be put as recommended for me to do on another visit. Very courteous man who answered every question I could come up with! This is the 4th time I've had Lex-Air techs attend to various house systems and I really like their desire to do quality work. Charles G. with LEX Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing was outstanding. He completed our annual plumbing inspection and performed a full tankless water heater flush, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

Edit 2026/03: These people just plain rock. I needed to get a complete new system for a cabin build. They priced all the parts and equipment for me beating what my installer could do at his cost, and let me come by over several days picking up the parts and materials as I didn't have a trailer handy. You cannot go wrong with these guys. They are kind, full of helpful information, have no trade/craft bias, and treat off the street customers like they know your middle name. They have my business in perpetuity.

I appreciate that they're open Sundays. Everyone complaining about $50 capacitors should buy US made more often, the prices would come down.
