Benjamin Johnson was amazing the tech that came out. He took the time and care to come out and truly evaluate everything, not just perform routine maintenance. He explained what was going on, walked me through my options, and didn’t try to upsell me. I value that, and I also appreciate how well he represented his company.

I would like to thank the entire Everyone Loves Bacon team for their professionalism and follow-up.
Robert and Ryan, the technicians, were courteous, patient, and took the time to come back several times to ensure my septic pump was working properly.
Robert gives excellent advice, and Ryan is very clear in his explanations and reassuring in the way he works.
Toni from customer service has always been responsive and respectful. I particularly appreciate their honesty and dedication to finding the best solution.
It’s rare to see a company so committed to customer satisfaction. Thank you again for your help and for the care you put into your work — you truly deserve your 5 stars! 🌟 -
Justin was very polite & professional. Did an excellent job explaining what he would be doing during the visit and then his recommendations on my heating system inspection. Since the work he did was upstairs in my attic, installing a safety detector for water build up, it’s not something I can see, so I can only assume he did a good job.

Anthony did a thorough job cleaning and evaluating our HVAC system. He is friendly, pleasant, professional and courteous. He did a very nice job explaining his findings and working with his manager for quotes. We highly recommend Anthony and Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electric.

Christopher Campbell came out to do our yearly inspection today and I was very impressed! We are having some little issues with our tankless water heaters and Christopher explained/suggested things that could help them run better. He was very thorough, polite and even cleaned up after himself.

Miguel Cardoso Did an amazing job helping us figure out why only part of our electricity was working. He checked everything thoroughly was polite, Smart and clean. Then he helped us figure out what to tell Oncor because this was a street to the house issue. He double checked all of our wiring and breaker boxes tightened everything and then didn’t charge one thing because we are on the friends and family plan with Bacon. Highly recommend.

Max was amazing, before he started the job, he explained the process of locating the leak, and what it would cost. There were no surprises!! Once he found the leak, he explained the options for the repair. He also did a thorough job of servicing my tankless water heater! I love how this company operates. I have a Family Plan with Bacon Plumbing and the quality of their technicians, like Max, and their customer service people who provide phone support make that plan worth every penny!
FYI- when I first called, “AI”answered and gave me incorrect information. I started to cancel my plan and find another company until TJ clarified the error. So glad I was able to quickly speak to a real person. That misinformation almost lost a customer!! -
Dale was very thorough checking both my heating and air conditioning today. The report he left shows both pictures and explanations for any suggested work to improve the efficiency of the equipment. This is always helpful with keeping the condition of my home in great quality shape.

Hector from Bacon came out well prepared and ready to get the system working. The evaluation was accurate and the whole team (technician, customer service and accounting) did a great job. But a special shout out to Hector.

Cole with Bacon came out and serviced and inspected our furnace/AC system. He did a great job and was very professional. He recommended updates that would further improve performance. Bacon has always provided top notch service.

We've been using Bacon since we moved to The Colony in 2018. They are great. All of their technicians are respectful and don't try to strong arm you into some product or another. They come in, inspect or fix, inform you what was done. Then they recommend, and wish you well.
I'm glad we have one number to call regarding most of our household repairs.
We have their yearly inspection program, which means they come out once a year and inspect our plumbing, electric, washer, dryer, sinks, water heater, ac units, toilets for "free". The program price is a steal for the services one gets. -
Complete new system installed yesterday and does not work. Indoor and outdoor unit are not functioning. No air is blowing at all.
I have called 3 times to have this resolved and no one has called me back. They keep saying dispatch will reach out.
Terrible service response. No call back. No ETA. No communication. -
Highly recommend using Classic Heating & Air as a company for proper maintenance and repairs. The service tech I called over the phone (Camden), walked me through my problem and helped me fix it in a timely manner. Saved him a trip out here and also saved us from having to pay anything. This company is not all about money, but for their 5 star service in person and over the phone. Moving forward, I will highly recommend this company and tech to my family and friends!

My original Goodman unit is on its last legs. Daniel Turner came out to look at the dying dinosaur and was actually early. Helped me get this task done and out of the way.
He agreed that it may be time to replace the unit and we discussed different options and financing.
He was very thorough and up front about the work he would do. I appreciated his honesty and his effort to get me the best price.
My other unit is also from Classic Heat and Air so I know they do quality work.
Highly recommend that you give them a call when your system is acting up or if you want them to regularly check your system every Fall and Spring -
Garrett provided exceptional service when he came out the same day to fix our air conditioning. He was not only friendly but also very thorough and professional. He quickly identified the problem and efficiently fixed it. We’re extremely satisfied with his work and highly recommend him!

Don’t let the 4 stars fool you - if I had made the review more than six months ago it would have been 5 stars.
We’ve been a customer for several years. They’ve always had exceptional, prompt service.
Most recently, Eduardo Z. came out and did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He had great communication.
The -1 star is for the increase for the monthly subscription plan. We were paying a specific amount per month for certain perks, etc, for years.
Well, they merged with another company mid 2024 and the new subscription price is $420 more expensive per year. -
Had my system crap out on me just as it was getting warmer. Classic Heating and Air delivered with a same day appointment. Our technician Garrett called ahead, diagnosed the problem, took me through what was needed as well as the cost up front. He was extremely professional and courteous.

First of all It’s my big mistake to call this company. Completely waste of time and money. Technician just visited and charged $200. First he tried to sell new unit. When I asked for repair my old ac unit he said $1000 just for refill refrigerant + leak detection cost + lots of other parts replacement. When I asked for full estimate cost for repair to compare with other contractor, he didn’t provide me. Honestly It’s very hard to trust on this technician words.

CLASSIC IN NAME ONLY
I was a loyal customer of Classic for nearly 15 years—across multiple homes—and I referred friends and family without hesitation.
But the Classic I trusted is gone.
A few years ago, the company sold and merged with another business. It’s now called “ClassicABC.” Unfortunately, what made the original Classic special didn’t survive the transition.
Gone are the longtime techs who knew my home, my system, and even my family. Now, it’s someone different every time—someone who doesn’t know my filter size or believe me when I tell them I have two units. All the original techs are gone.
Online scheduling? Gone. They removed that feature from the website too.
What’s replaced it? Billing issues and a lack of transparency.
For months, they didn’t charge me the agreed $17.99/month maintenance fee. When I called, they blamed a system transition. Fair enough. But when billing resumed, it had quietly doubled. No notice. No explanation. Just $35.98 on my account. When I asked, they claimed it’s now $17.99 per unit, not per home. A new policy, sure—but the lack of communication speaks volumes on how the see their customer
Then came the kicker: a summer maintenance visit where a new tech flagged $3,000 worth of “urgent” repairs—things like a Current Amplifier, Mastic Seal, blower cleanout, and a refrigerant top-off. This was the same system that was in tip-top shape when a different tech came for my winter maintence just 4 months earlier.
So, I called a second company—one founded by former Classic techs who’d left because they disagreed with the new direction.
They came out within 24 hours, thoroughly inspected, and told me that almost every recommended repair was unnecessary—except for the refrigerant, which they handled at half the cost.
They also said most of their customers? Former Classic clients. Just like me.
I wonder if the original owners know—or even care—what’s happened to their beloved brand.
Classic is a name now. Nothing more. The trust is broken, and the spirit that made them great is gone. -
I’ve been with classic ac for years. Honest and family run. Then merged with another so they are still good and their techs are very nice, just not always same tech like at classic.

Donald was super thorough and informative, he took time to make sure I fully understood the diagnostics and problem as well as gave me several options to choose from. Highly recommend!
