The lady who answered the phone was very nice and took her time to look for the right part for my ac unit and by the time I arrived there she was gone but she left the part at her mail box for me without knowing who I was and met before, then she billed me later. I definitely will do business here again.

Called this place for a furnace issue, and Mitchelle was very helpful. She helped me source the part and even got her tech to help me troubleshoot/fix the issue. Will def come again. Thanks guys!

TeXAS heat is no joke and needed a part ASAP as our a/c unit failed us. Called around and Got this business # from another business as a referral. They answered quickly, found the part quickly and within 3 hrs of contacting them, we had the part and cool A/C again. This will be our go to place from now on for any HVAC issues. It was great doing business with them. Very nice people.

Condenser motor died on a weekend. They had a compatible motor and when I was having trouble removing the fan blades from the old shaft they invited me back to the shop for them to remove for me! Super friendly. Family owned/operated. They are now my first-choice, go-to HVAC shop.

They had my Trane indoor motor was able to fix my own ac. This is the ultimate DIY HVAC Store! Thank you!

This people tried to Scam a cheap Motor inside
A First Co M8 Mother box, I wasted 4 days, and finally agreed to refund me. They say they were open yesterday, but they were closed the whole day. No calls are answered. While arguing with them for hours not even a single customer came. ( No wonder)
I gave them my credit card, and they stole money by deducting 30% percent. They say American Express charges them 30%. American Express is a very trusted company that does not do any illegal activity and charges customers 30%.
The owners treated me like I was a thief as well.
Stay out of these crooks.
I am reporting them to BBB too.
My American Express refunded me.
I ordered the real part from Amazon for just $122.00. I saved $255.79 from these crooks.

Cecil was awesome in diagnosing the right part that I needed quickly!

My AC went out in our home on Friday night. I went out and got the capacitor details and took them here first thing Saturday morning. Lady at the counter was friendly and had the capacitor I needed! When I got home, I installed the capacitor and AC is all good!!

I called HVAC Depot and was absolutely blown away by the fast, courteous and exceptional service. They were very knowledgeable about explaining what they were doing and what had happened to the ac system. If you ever need a HVAC team they are best and they won’t hesitate by coming out and they won’t leave until you are happy with the service. Thank you so much for your excellent service. Had a power outage last night and during the 100 degree heat today noticed that the AC was not blowing any cold air. Pulled the capacitors to have them checked and also took video of the relay making noise even with the breaker was off. The proprietor and her staff were very friendly and helpful. She had the video analyzed and confirmed something was wrong. She checked one of the capacitors was a little low. Capacitor replacement is the biggest ticket item for HVAC repair. It is hundreds of dollars with the a capacitor only about $20.

She got the replacement relay and capacitor replacements from her stock. I replaced them and magic, my AC was cooling. This trip cost approximately $50. If I had called a professional it easily could have been 300 to 400 dollars. Big thanks to them for their good advice, saving me money, and getting my system working again in an hour.

Cecil and his family have been a life saver. I walked in with very little knowledge on parts let alone how to repair my unit. All I had was my brother in FL who knows more than I do and Cecil at HVAC Depot. With 2 young kids at home I couldn't afford to wait for a HVAC tech. Cecil walked me through what I needed to know, even after hours when the shop closed. I successfully repaired the fan motor and replaced the capacitor. Thank you HVAC team for being totally awesome. Prices were amazing and I'm forever going to support this small family business. You and your family are what Texas is all about!!!

The employees are very knowledgeable and are willing to go the extra mile for a customer. They have many common parts on hand for many systems & can order whatever they don't have in their inventory. The location is easy to find and not hard to get in or out of during high traffic periods. They were my angels yesterday!

Our AC went out during the hottest stretch of summer, and with a one-year-old at home, we were desperate for a quick fix. These guys came through big time — not only did they source the part faster than anyone else in the area, they also walked me through DIY troubleshooting while I waited. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and run by a solid local family. As someone who owns rental properties nearby, I’ll be sourcing all my HVAC parts from them moving forward. Highly recommend!

My HVAC transformer got blown so I came in to get a new one. The owners both husband and wife were super informative and helpful. It was my first time replacing this and I am really grateful for them taking the extra time to guide me and give me a bunch of information that helped me. I’ll definitely be coming here in the future for all my HVAC needs!
