Matthew came to my house to fix my dryer. He was very good at communicating with me on the way to my appointment. He was very kind and courteous throughout the entire process. I look forward to using the service again. My dryer now works like a champ.

Yevhen came and got my samsung washer back in working order. Easy and fast to schedule. Great communication from the company from the beginning. Transparent and competitive pricing. Awesome service. He even gave me a few tips for keeping my machine in great working order.

Yevhen's work was exceptional.
He quickly dismantled the dryer and found the problem. Given the wear and tear that the moving parts were experiencing, I asked him to replace them all. (Rollers and belt)
These were parts that had to be ordered. So a new appointment was scheduled. Yevhen was right on time and quickly finished the job.
It's a 10 year old dryer and it's like new again.

EDIT::: My dryer finally got fixed. Took way too long, I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I’ll change my 1 star to a 3 because I had to jump through hoops to get it fixed.

The 4.9 review is what caught my attention. Run. If you don’t believe me. Read my post and look at my pictures for proof. I am a single parent and now my dryer looks like this, who knows if it was put back together properly! So the guy Andrii was “done.” I paid him. Then I went over to my dryer to look and I saw a screw hanging from the dryer, I handed it to him and he grabbed it and he quickly scurried out of my apartment. I went and looked closer at the dryer and noticed, that screw I handed to him went to the dryer gap. I immediately texted him, telling him that screw belong to my dryer. He didn’t answer me. So I called him, there is a language barrier so he told me to call text him. I told him again in text, the screw goes to my dryer that the top isn’t all the way on. He wants to tell me something about, me being in a hurry that he will stop by in a few days. I am MAD! How do you take over $400 and dip? No one has ever contacted me still, no one’s still reached out, it is now February 14. Almost two months. I’m warning y’all! Not worth it :(

Very knowledgeable fixed the leaking hose on the back of my washing machine, cleaned up after himself very nice job! Thank you! And he came out on a Sunday.

My LG stove wasn’t heating properly so I called Excellence appliance repair who was recommended to me from a family member. They sent Yevhen Kharinskyi to diagnose the problem. He was punctual and very respectful of our home. He solved the problem quickly and the part was ordered and installed within 2 days. Excellent service and a very knowledgeable repairman. Don’t hesitate to give them a call if you need an appliance repaired.

The technician, Yevhen, was extremely polite, courteous and professional! He tried hard to fix the bent part, only then did he have to order the part but kept me updated every step of the way from beginning to finish. I was extremely satisfied! Yevhen and his company were awesome!

All reviews in google look like AI generate but I got a great handyman Matthew to service my call, he was the most hardworking, knowledgeable and a great human being overall. The tech explained the problem and how to solve it, worked fast, all this to say that if I ever need someone to fix my issue, im definitely calling back. 10/10.

On 2/13 Yevhen Kharinskyi, come out to fix my refrigerator. He did an excellent job diagnosing the issue. He came back on 2/16 to fix the problem and he did an excellent job. He does a great job explaining the issue and what needs to be done to fix it. He is also very friendly and kind and holds a great conversation. I will definitely be using this company in the future for any other issues I may have and I would like for Yevhen to be the one to come out.

Gasham was very friendly and explained everything. He was very quick and efficient. Military friendly company. I wish I knew ahead of time to have cash or check on hand as that is the preferred method of payment. Overall would recommend company to get needs addressed in a fast turnaround time.
