Anton quickly diagnosed and shortly thereafter replaced a defective control board for our icemaker. He was polite, professional and efficient . We will not hesitate to have him back again for our next appliance problem.

I was very impressed with ProStar, from the second they picked up the phone through the completion of services. I called in on a late Saturday afternoon, and I had a tech at my door diagnosing the issue the very next day (on a Sunday). Water pump burned up in my washer and Anton H. had it swapped and up and running the very next day. Anton, was very kind and professional. Washing machine tub/drum was consistently out of balance. Called and got a next day appointment with text updates. Technician arrived during appointment window and had washer repaired in about an hour. Extremely satisfied and would definitely use them again for future repairs. Highly recommend!

Dryer silver coil replaced to reconnect for air to go outdoors. Took about 15 min to repair and charge was $271. Technician was awesome, very friendly and arrived on time

Anton was very professional. He was on time, professional, and showed me what was wrong with my dryer. He also showed me the fix when he was done. He cleaned everything up and was thoughtful in placing everything back exactly like it was when he pulled the dryer out. I would highly recommend Prostar Appliance Repair and ask for Anton!

Anton was great. Service was fast and he was straight forward. We had to wait for the dryer part, but when it came in, he was out the next day and had everything up and running within an hour. Will be using this company and Anton again in the future.

I give this service and 5/5 unfortunately my washer was unable to be repaired but I appreciate the honesty in letting me know before spending an arm and a leg to fix something that was going to cost more than it’s worth. Anton did an exceptional job, he is friendly, experienced, & clearly explained everything about the repairs needed, answering any questions we had.

In our case, the circulation pump was burnt out & needed replacement.

Once done, we noticed a few days later that our dishes were not drying properly. Anton came right back out, tested everything to confirm the remaining issue was a bad control board, ordered the part, & installed it the next week charging us only for the part, no service call fee or labor fee!

ProStar Appliance Repair sent us Nicolás to repair our MayTag washer. He did a thorough and very good job. He went out of his way to get the part that he needed to fix my Maytag washer because he didn’t have the part with him. The lid lock was faulty and you couldn’t use the washer at all. The price he quoted was reasonable and fair. Thank you Nick and ProStar for your services and we will be sure to call again in the future.

They responded very quickly and found the problem fast. Initially he told me he gave to come back the next day with the part to fix it, but i got a text an hour or so later and he came right back and fixed it that same day. Very pleasant and respectful and if I have any other issues with appliances in the future I'll most likely use them again.

My fridge and freezer were malfunctioning so I called Prostar on a Thursday and they scheduled an appointment with me for that Saturday. Not bad. Two guys came and followed house rules including being patient in taking a lil extra time entering being considerate of housedog who has Addisons. Once I led them to fridge, they got right to work, performed a diagnostic and unclogged my drain. While they were here I asked if they could ck dishwasher which they did charging me an extra service fee logically. They were out of here an hour and a half after having arrived.

I was very impressed with the service man. He arrived within the time appointed & went directly to seek the problem. Once he figured it out, he had the proper equipment & he fixed it immediately. Didn’t have to order the part & he didn’t have to leave us without. Will gladly call them again. Thank you for your service.

Anton was great! Diagnosed the issues with both our fridge and dryer. He was able to fix the dryer same day and had the fridge running like new within a couple of days!

Nicolas was very professional and completed the repair on my LG Washer in a very proficient manner. He had to order the required parts, but returned 4 days later with the required parts to complete the job. I highly recommend Prostar for repairs…
