Anton and Danny from ProStar Appliance Repair were amazing. They were punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my Samsung dryer and explained everything clearly. They replaced the drum rollers, idler pulley, and belt, and now my dryer runs perfectly and quietly again. I really appreciated how honest and efficient they were. Highly recommend them!

I have had ProStar come out twice for my 20-year old stovetop. Once for repairs and once to replace it. These guys live up to their commitments on cost, timeliness and quality.

Technician arrived within the time frame specified, communicated clearly that no problem was found (this in itself is great reassurance since we all know once one calls, one is absolutely dependent on the knowledge of the technician; this establishes great trust), charges were as communicated initially, issue was resolved.
Also; office staff was very good communicating with us and asking specific question to guide the technician.
I'm only using them from now on!!!

I recently used Prostar Appliance Repair and was very impressed from start to finish. Dan came out on a Friday afternoon, quickly diagnosed that the heating element on my dishwasher had failed, and let me know he would need to order the part. Even though it was the end of the week, he had the replacement heating element in by Monday and was back at my house that same day to install it.
Dan was professional, on time, and explained everything in clear, simple terms so I knew exactly what was being done. He swapped the part out efficiently, tested the dishwasher, and made sure it was heating and drying properly before he left. I really appreciated the fast turnaround and honest, reliable service. I would definitely use Prostar Appliance Repair again and highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair.

Drake was professional, and very helpful. He fixed our issues and explained each step along with some good tips on preventing/ repairing issues in the future!

We had a problem with our washer not powering on. Joe came out, found the problem & fixed it right away, even after another company had come out before for the same issue, replaced the control board & still had the problem. Thanks Joe for finding the issue & getting it taken care of.

Drake was very helpful in fixing the problem with my mom’s oven. He answered our questions and installed the replacement part very quickly. He explained the problem in a way she could understand.

Went through AHS warranty and assigned this company. Misdiagnosed, didn't get it repaired, gave me attitude. Service person, on 2nd trip upon misdiagnosis, had to do a video chat with other repair person to diagnose. In my opinion, incompetent and terrible customer service. Would have given ZERO stars if possible.

I had gotten this company assigned ti me by AHS and thus didn’t know much about them. At first it looked like the tech was going to get my issue resolved when he supposedly found the issue, but needed to take the drum with him thinking that it was something wrong with it. I told him it’s probably a shot motor as the grinding noise that it was making. 3 weeks later, still no washer. AHS will give me a certain amount for the washer, less the $80 service call that this guy failed to complete. Had to go to the laundromat to wash…gross! I know , I know,first world problems! Plus they left the drum as filthy as it could be. Get someone else if you get assigned these jokers.

Daughter was breastfeeding for my 3 month grandson. We had multiple weeks of supply in the freezer and just the days worth of milk in the fridge. I expressed my concerns to Destiny and she claims she is the Office manager. The technician said there was no car in the front and waited there for 15 mins. When I have a camera and the technician saw no car and NEVER even got out the car. Horrible service and I am even more disappointed that I expressed my concerns and not even the office manager was willing to care and listen.
