Both appliances were old and compressors had died. The very nice and competent repairman said we’d be better off replacing both. I appreciated his honesty. I recommend this company. They came the same day I called.

Great service. I called about a dryer not heating on a Sunday night at 7:00 and it was fixed the next morning before 10:00. Holy moly! Technician made every part of the transaction super smooth including a tap to review gadget I hadn't seen before. Great work Artem! Will definitely call back for any appliance needs.

I would give 10 stars if I could! They had great service, fair price and the best response time. Fixed my washer on the spot, same day. Do not hesitate to use them for any repair needs.

This review is on behalf of Betty Lou from today, (Sunday). Anton- Thank you for your service today. Being a Sunday, we were finding it impossible to get anyone available to make it out in a moments notice. Every place we called was closed until Monday. I called Pro Service, explained our urgent need and was told they could get someone out within the next hour. Immediately we received a txt that Anton would be heading our way. I again reiterated the urgency. Within 15 min we were sent another txt stating Anton was 3 min away! He arrived looking professional, clean and confident. Went straight to the flooded kitchen, pulled out the dishwasher and was able to unplug it while being sprayed with water. Needless to say, he took care of business! I am not the homeowner, I was on shift myself with the agency I work for, and I want everyone to know this company and Anton are very appreciated! Thank you for being available on a Sunday and for being professional, knowledgeable and willing to take care of your customer at a moments notice. Exceptional!

Washing machine has been repaired. They had to order parts, so it took a few days. Repairman was efficient, polite. We did have to a phone translate some as his English and my Ukrainian were limited. Visit coordination and timeliness were very good. I'm not sure about the price since I did not shop around, although their "come and diagnose" price was less than a few I had called. All of them apply that fee to the fix. I do know a newer machine in the same quality class would have cost 2-3x that. Overall pleased.

Really happy with the service! Artem was knowledgeable and friendly. The only reason it took a while longer for the fridge to be back up and running was waiting on parts and also Thanksgiving holiday, but he did a great job. I’ll definitely reach out again if I need repairs ❄️🧊☃️

Bought a condo with a non working washer. Contacted ProStar because their online reviews appeared genuine. So many don't. Showed up quickly. Professional. Had to order a part and scheduled the installation a couple days later. Acceptable price. Everything working as it should. Im sure we'll use them again.

Friendly, fast and professional. Aleksandr was my tech and got to work as soon as he arrived. I have an old Kenmore washer which lasted 32 years. It was time to move on. He provided options, but in the end I made the choice to get a new one. I would recommend this company if you need repairs. Thanks Prostar!

This is the first time I've used ProStar appliance repair and frankly it was quite impressive. Our dryer went out yesterday with no heat available for drying. Yesterday afternoon I look for appliance repair places online and found ProStar appliance repair and I looked at some of its 528 reviews. Pretty impressive. I gave them a call and ask to make an appointment for somebody to come out today to look at my dryer and was given an appointment between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. they kept me abreast of the repair technicians arrival time and he got here within the specified time frame. Tony was very congenial and newest stuff. He got right down to looking at the dryer and within a few minutes found out that the problem was a failed Heating element. Now to let you know, there is a $79.90 charge to come out to your home. This service charge however rolls into the cost if I repair is done. I decided to go ahead with the repair since Tony had the element in his vehicle. The total for the repair was $343 which is a lot better than spending $1,200 on a new dryer tony, was very knowledgeable, congenial and professional. I will definitely use them in the future if any of our home appliances need to be repaired

Alex did a great job! 20 year old Refrigerator is 35 degrees!

I called early morning for an appointment and was able to get one that evening. Anton was friendly , professional, and easy to talk to. He arrived a few minutes early. The problem we were having with the refrigerator in our RV fixed itself just as he arrived. But he checked it out anyway and gave us suggestions on what to check ourselves if the issue occurred again. I was happy with the ease and quickness of appointment and friendly service. I recommend ProStar.

ProStar fixed our dryer quickly for the estimated price they gave us. Scheduling a time was fast, easy, and convenient for us. They gave us a 2 hour estimated time
of arrival and called and/or messaged again the day of service. They figured out our issue, gave us an estimate, ordered the parts, and had the repair completed quickly. I will use them again if any of our other appliances have an issue.

I called to request information for services. A Lady spoke with a strong accent to hardly understand. She asked for my zip code. Since there was a language barrier the Manager reached out to me for follow up on setting an appt. Quick response and offered same day service. I appreciate the quick problem solving resolution. Next time I will reach out for service. manager was very professional. I recommend to reach out to ProStar for your future service provider.

These guys were amazing. I had a fridge go out on a rental. They came and diagnosed in 15 min. Before I knew it, they had the right part and the fridge was working within 30 min. That’s the kinda work everyone wants if you ask me. Great guys, , and prompt service!!!

The service tech was always in touch and never hesitated to keep me informed of the situation. The cost was less then I was expecting. The repair was quick and not once did it feel like when I brought out other companies who made it feel like they were running down the clock. In short speedy effective and courteous I will be reaching out again if I need repairs.
