Our technician, Oleksandr was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. He went out of his way to help us. I would use UltraFix again just because of Oleksandr.

*****Update***** My dryer stop working and they refuse to come out and make it right as they replace it and it’s now not heating again after they chargered me over $500 they want to charge me to have someone to come out again. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to be ripped off! I was told by many people that all warehouse give a year warranty on their parts and this company doesn’t they want to keep taking your money!!!! I did tell the manger I would leave a review on how they are as a company if they didn’t make it right! Very unprofessional on their part to not make something right when their parts don’t last even a year that they get the warranty on! Then he wants to talk over me, very rude and unprofessional! Added photos of how the installation was bent and not installed right at top wires and the thermostat that they charged me for is old and you can tell by the lettering that is faded is not brand new which caused it to burn out again and caused me to hire another company that is honest unlike the manager that yelled over top of me and hung up on me !!!!!!

They are very professional and communicate great. Came out and knew exactly what was wrong and was able to fix it right then and it didn’t even take that long at all. My dryer wasn’t heating and they were able to replace the parts needed. Kind of disappointed because my dryer wasn’t even old bought it when we moved to this new rental which the tech explained to us that the vents need to be cleaned out from the wall which was backed up very bad which caused my dryer to stop heating so I then had to contact my lord to let her know because it caused issues for my personal dryer. But happy with their service and the information they gave us for when we plan to have a home later in life so we know all the upkeeps on everything. Thank again for helping us.

Shahlar was absolutely amazing across the board. He was timely, polite, and efficient. He came by the same day I put in a request to examine the issue and was back days later as soon as the parts came in. My washing machine had some deep issues that required him to take most of it apart. These unexpected issues caused him to have to order new parts and come back an extra time to fix. He did this with NO extra charge!! My machine is running like new and I couldn’t be happier.

Illia communicated very clearly, kept me informed about a delay, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained it to me in a way that I could understand it. He returned as scheduled and installed the new part. My washing machine is now working efficiently and quietly.

Alex was awesome. He arrived during the expected time, took 10 minutes to diagnose the problem, presented me with options, one of which i chose and he completed the repairs in the same visit. He is the repair person I always hoped for, like they used to be. I will absolutely call him again.

Alex was great; polite and professional. The work was completed within the time frame and the cost was typical for the dryer repair we needed. I appreciate him cleaning and vacuuming the inside of the unit as well as the surrounding area before he left.

Outstanding service! Our washing machine stopped working and we got an appointment on Friday with Oleksandr, who diagnosed our problem within minutes. Unfortunately he didn't have the part needed for repair and was estimating Saturday or Monday. We have a trip coming up and needed to do laundry, and Saturday morning Oleksandr showed up to finish the repair. Can’t thank them enough for the quick response and turnaround!

This guy never calls back or just randomly shows up months later. He won't answer the phone either. Completely unreliable.
