Ray did a wonderful job fixing my dryer. I called this morning and I immediately got an appointment for today. Ray quickly diagnosed the issue and let me know how much it would cost. He left everything clean and he made sure the dryer worked before leaving. I highly recommend this company.

Gasham was able to get my washing machine working from a very tight difficult space. However, when I was quoted what it would cost to replace a part, he didn’t include labor. Labor ended up being extra expensive because he had to get someone out to help. However, when that person came out, he barely did anything but chat with me while Gasham did all the work. Before he leaves, he has you open your phone and take a picture to leave a review. Of course you feel pressured to leave a five star review in the moment, but after having some time to reflect, I am changing my review.

Oleksandr was awesome, kind, punctual and definitely skilled in his craft. He diagnosed our problem quickly, obtained the necessary parts and came back on time to expertly fix out double stove, which wasn’t easy. He had to completely remove the appliance from the wall, repairing and replace, which wasn’t easy expertly done and mesmerizing to watch the skill. The next time we have a problem, we want him to come out!!

My fridge was down for quite awhile. My first attempt at repairing it wasn't successful. In fact, I had to to reimburse from the first repair shop because the fridge had the same behavior, blowing hot air; until I have Ultrafix a call. Oleksander came and gave me a proper diagnosis.
