American Home Shield send these guys to fix my washer They’ve done a terrible job washer never got fixed. Start giving excuses. Ask for videos ended up with the worst Washer than he started very unhappy. I don’t recommend anyone to use them. Far away from being professionals. You will never be satisfied

I had a good experience with this company with a tech named Joe Martinez. He and his son did an amazing job and fixed my dryer within 10 minutes, all while being respectful and not obnoxiously loud. 10/10 Would call again when i have issues with any appliance.

I wanted to thank Daniel with American Home Shield for his prompt service and repair of my refrigerator. My husband had a stroke and will be coming home from rehab and I desperately needed my refrigerator to be in good working condition. My washer was also looked at and he explained he would have to send in his report for their review for repairs based on the issues with my washer.
He explained the problems that were fixed on my refrigerator and said I was good to go. I appreciated his kindness and compassion when I told him about my husband's stroke. We need more people like Daniel in the world.

I believe they are completely Unreliable and refused to repair. Unfortunately American Home Shield uses this company which I will never use them again. They failed to show 3 times (missed appointments) then refused to look at the dishwasher because there was a smell because it was clogged. If I could give them negative stars I would give them a negative 5 stars. I recommend looking for another company.

My experience with this company was very good. Our refrigerator ice maker stopped working and our warranty sent A’s Appliance Repair to come fix it. Our technician Joe was punctual, very polite, informative and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He showed me what the problem was and quickly fixed it. With A’s Appliance we had very bad experience. Technician comes after 4 days and cannot diagnoise issue and refers to expert and they schedule expert appointment after 9 days just for determining the problem where other company was able to detect problem in minutes. Avoid them and save yourself

Great experience with washing machine repair! Drake was incredibly informative, polite and friendly. He had to order a part, which came in sooner than anticipated, so he made an appointment to come out ASAP, installed it, cleaned the hoses and lines.
It is now running better than ever before!

As part of Lowe’s payment protection plan, A’s was sent to repair our washer. Our washer is only 1 years old. Their customer service is the worst ever, after being without a washer for over two weeks they kept pushing my service call. I called and spoke to Hannah who was no help whatsoever. She then transferred me to the manager Destiny who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I confirmed my appointment two minutes after they texted me and they gave my time slot to someone else. I called Lowe’s and they sent me 4C Appliance who I recommend more than this company. Do yourself a favor and look for a different company. This company is slow with repairs, they do not fix anything and expect you to be without an appliance for over two weeks… really save yourself the headache.

We had a warranty claim for a Samsung Stove/Oven through Lowe’s. Drake came and diagnosed the issue (on/off button not responding) and ordered a replacement touchscreen. It was ready for repair within a week. Both times Drake visited he was very helpful and professional and got replacement installed within 30 minutes. Great service and they handled everything with the claim.

My home warranty sent me A’s Appliance Repair after my dishwater stopped working. I have a sick 4 year old and a newborn. It was extremely important that we have our dishwasher fixed asap. Sean was sent out and he quickly found the problem. I explained my situation to the office manager (Destiny) and she was very understanding. Once the part was in, she helped get me scheduled right away and Sean fixed very quickly. Destiny even followed up a few days later to see how it was working. I would definitely recommend this company.

My personal experience with this company was very good. From the scheduling to the actual work done, I was quite impressed with their attention to customer service satisfaction. On 01/17, Drake answered our Lowe's warranty claim on our new Whirlpool dryer not starting. He arrived 45min before I had to pickup the kiddos. He reassured he would be able to diagnose it before that. He fixed it within 30 min! He was courtesy, friendly, and clearly explained the issue(fuse). I appreciated his quick response to the situation. Thank you Drake!!!

A's Appliance Repair was sent to my home by my home warranty(also a bunch of crooks). They came out FIVE times over the course of 2 months and did not fix the problem! Every service call took a week to schedule. Every part ordered took another week to arrive. Every service update took a week to send to the warranty company. Oh, and their arrival time was a 5 hour window every time!
After 2 long months with no freezer or fridge, my freezer still would not stay cold enough to keep food frozen. After I begged them to please deem my freezer/fridge unfixable so it could get replaced, the technician told me he would never do that. Warranty company said they could not proceed to replace unless technician said it was unfixable. Absolutely insane!

I cannot say enough about Joe Martinez and the exceptional service he provided me today. He was referred by my home warranty company. When he arrived two weeks agowith his son, he was kind and informative and thorough and discovered that I needed a new part for my dishwasher. Apparently, the part was very difficult to find, but he managed to find a replacement part and was able to install the replacement part within about 15 minutes today. And he got the dishwasher repaired before Thanksgiving as promised! Joe and his son are incredibly professional and I am proud to give them an outstanding rating. You will not go wrong with Joe Martinez. He will do his utmost to give you a great repair in a timely fashion. Thank you, Joe!!

Home warranty sent this company this company out their answering service is crap and they don’t even have a local person to reach. They gave me a hard time about having the technician come out again. They go by A’s Appliance repair stay-away from this company if you want your appliances fix.

My home warranty sent this company to fix my front loading washer which was leaking water. The technician they sent was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Aksim diagnosed the problem and returned a week later to install a new bellow gasket that he showed me was cracked and causing the leak. I appreciate that he explained the repair to me! He was very mindful of my areas and he was very careful and tidied up his work area. My washer is fixed! I hope you take advantage of the expertise Aksim has. I have homeowners insurance so his visits and repairs were covered for my $100 call out fee.

Highly recommend. Tom is professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my oven, and his pricing was very reasonable. Definitely will call him for any future appliance needs!
