Thomas is very knowledgeable on appliances, and is he very fair on pricing. He comes highly recommended throughout my neighborhood. He talked me out of replacing my ice maker yet, because it still had some life in it. Other companies would have jumped at the chance to charge you a fortune to replace it before it was necessary. He is honest and very personable. I recommend him to everyone I know needing an excellent appliance repairman!

Tom went above and beyond to fix our oven — he even came out on a Saturday, his day off, which we truly appreciated.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong and how he fixed it. The service was prompt, honest, and high quality.

My Kenmore washer stopped working and Thomas came out and not only diagnosed the problem but also gave me the information to order the replacement from a reliable seller and since it was an easy install, he showed me how to install it myself to save money. Highly recommend. Professional, reasonable and reliable!

Don't ever use this company! They are extremely difficult to get a hold of. They say they never received your call or messages. Super long scheduling available.

No one ever answers the phone, they operate by voicemail.there very rude. They dont have any parts.

My washing machine worked worst after they "fixed" it then it did before they fixed it. When the technician first came out, he said that even though it was an older model it would outlast the newer ones. After they made worse, it they said it was because my washing machine was old.

We have used these people several times over the years. They are always polite, professional, clean,
answer questions willingly and go above and beyond the reason they came for. They cleanup after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

The level of professionalism as a repair subcontractor under American Homeshield Warranty is abhorrent…The repairman DID NOT show at the appointment block of 10a-2p… Apparently, it is the company policy to NOT honor the assigned repair request unless someone answers the phone prior to the technician arriving…However, this policy WAS NOT communicated to the customer by My Repairmen INC or AHS prior to the allotted repair time…if you expect someone to adhere to a company policy shouldn’t you inform them first or have them acknowledge said policy via email or call…an email was sent via AHS stating the appointment time AND no where does that communication specify that you would not show up unless someone answered the phone to verify that someone would be home…would I make an appointment to have my fridge repaired if I didn’t make arrangements for someone to be there…your company is in breach of a contractual obligation and the BBB will be notified for resolution

Alex responded to our call to repair our refrigerator. He was professional, timely, very knowledgeable and service was reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Worse service. They ordered the wrong parts to repair our refrigerator and attempted to fix it with the wrong parts. Of course, it’s not going to work!!! What an oxymoron. We had to decline their service and went with a reputable company. This place has kids running their company.

Very friendly and professional. I informed them over the phone what my issue was with my washer and their repairman knew right away what needed to be fixed. They gave me prices and details in a very timely manner. Awesome company. I will definitely be using them in the future.

George and Ronnie were amazing. We had an emergency and they came out and fixed the problem the same day! They were very thorough and took the time to properly diagnose and fix the problem. I would highly recommend and will use them for all future repairs.

The repairman came as scheduled, he left not fixing anything saying there was issues he had to check on and he would return the next day to finish up. He never showed and when I called his office at 4pm on the 16th he had gone home for the day so they couldn't check with him either. The office said they would call me the following morning to up date me on what is going on with the repair.I called the office again they still have no clue as to whats going on .Thanksgiving is around the corner and kids are home for thanksgiving break. Really need a working dishwasher right now. WORST SERVICE EVER!! At least let a customer know what is going on.
