I don't normally leave reviews- however I feel the need to inform others about this service repair company. If I could leave them a 0 star rating I would. Today we had a refrigerator repair scheduled and as the men approached my house I asked if they would mind putting on the booties that they are normally required to wear when entering a home. (Mind you I just spent the day before cleaning and mopping my house- otherwise I probably wouldn't even ask). They seemed to scuff at me and told me that they were required to wear shoes when dealing with electrical appliances and unless I had $30,000 to cover insurance they were not to remove their shoes. (I didn't even ask them to do that in the first place). Then they claimed all they had were "weather shoe covers" (basically the same thing) so they put those on, which I said thank you and led them inside. The head repairman who apparently was annoyed that I even asked him to cover his muddy shoes then makes another smartass remark to me and says "I don't understand why you're so worried about us wearing shoes in your house when you have an 80 pound dog living here." Ohh let's just say I bit my tongue on that one. I told him that he was being very rude and I wasn't going to stand being disrespected in my own home. I told him if he continued to talk to me in this manner he could just leave. Which needless to say he did and good riddance. I have seriously never dealt with someone so rude, who had an absolutely awful attitude. Horrible customer service! Do not hire them.

I have a front loader LG that needed a new rotor. They repaired the rotor and it ran fine for 6 months before the rotor went out again. 275.00 for the repair.
90 day warranty. Who has a 90 day warranty these days?
Called another repair shop and first thing I asked what was their warranty on the rotor, 1 year and for the same price.

Called on Tuesday 12/3 and their third party answering service made the next day appt. Received a call from My Repairman letting me know that 12/4 was not available and they wouldn't be able to schedule new appointment until Friday between 8-12, sounds like the cable company and we all know how much we hate that schedule, the repair is an emergency and the receptionist could careless. Horrible experience and will be sure to let friends and family know

Tech Alex is VERY rude and unprofessional. He diagnosed my fridge and I asked for a copy and he refused to give it to me. I paid a $75 service fee and could not get a receipt or diagnosis? I persisted and asked for it and they he told me to "find another company" and walked out of my house. At no time was I rude or aggressive. Shady and unprofessional company!!!!! Go to another that will actually give you documentation!! Basics for business!!!!!

I submitted a claim to First American Home Warranty on 9/21/2015 for a broken Front Load Washing Machine and built in Microwave. The tech that came out apppeared knowlegeable but failed to submit the report for >30 days. I called the office multiple times and the receptionist stated that they could not contact the warranty company except by phone. Not true as they can be submitted via WEB. The warranty company tried on at least 4 occasions to contact the company while I waited on phone but no answer. I emailed the company on their website and when I posted a BBB complaint the tech lied and said that my washer was not hooked up and taken apart in retaliation for the complaint. Unbelievable, that this company can stay in business.

Alex has been out to work on our well loved washer, dryer and stove (all old appliances). I have been very pleased with the service and professionalism provided by My Repairman. I will continue to call them anytime one of our appliances is not working.

We had a refrigerator go out. They came out on time, the repairman was very polite, and professional. They needed to order parts, and we waited 5 days for the parts to arrive. They sent
a flunky out. He took a long time to figure everything out. He acted like he didnt know what wire goes to whayt. Then said that it still didnt work. He called his office for tech support, but nothing happened. Its been 20 days, and my refrigerator is still not fixed.
They said they wanted to send out a senior installer, but he couldnt make it to us for 4 days. OMG> And who knows if he can figure it out?

My “problem child” appliances over the past 10 years have been successfully repaired by George Estrada, his sons George & Alex. Everyone with My Repairman are caring professional. I appreciate them educating me on my appliances. My most recent repair was delayed by manufacture replacement supply problems due to COVID 19, but they got it done.

So we just waited four weeks to get someone to come back out because only senior staff can look for freon leaks and resolve. After being told the service was authorized by American Home Shield, the rep advises that if it's freon then he won't be able to do it because it is under manufacturer warranty. After asking why we weren't told this when the first rep came out weeks earlier, rep refused service and stormed out. Embarrassing customer service! Hope American Home Shield gets better companies to work with but maybe that's the plan - work with low rate companies to avoid paying out warranty claims.

The same day that we went grocery shopping, we come home to find our fridge stopped cooling. I called My Repairman at 2 pm and by 430 pm the same day George was at my house. He called to assure there would be somewhere there well before he arrived. Upon arriving, he acted nothing less then professionally. He gave us an honest diagnosis and to the fees were minimal to say the least. I recommend these guys and will be using them in the future!

Hired them to fix my refrigerator. Their "repairs" flooded my kitchen. They took a deposit for the repairs and never contacted me again. I've called them a few times, but can't ever get a real update. I do not recommend this business.

My dryer wasn't heating. I called them and they had Alexander come out the same day.. he diagnosed the issue and had it fixed the next day! By far the best costumer service. He was very polite and explained everything to me! I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you My Repairman!

My washer broke, and My Repairman got someone out within 24 hours to fix. Everything was completed on my lunch break, they called beforehand to tell me they were on their way, and showed up right on time. Alex was professional, knowledgeable and was able to complete the repair in one visit. Will definitely be calling them again, great service.

Called them out and they set me up with an appt. the very next day so I was pleased with that due to my washer not working properly. Tech that came was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He informed me that he would need to order a part and it would come in soon. Part did come in soon and I'm very pleased to say my washer is working great again. I will definitely be using them again and thanks to the tech for being honest I appreciate that as a lot of companies out there will take advantage of you.

Our home warranty sent us to My repairman for repairs, about a month ago. It took three days to receive a call back and get scheduled. Then we waited three weeks after the repairman came for the part to come in. No one called us to update us, I called to see the status. Today we where finally suppose to have our dishwasher repaired, we where given the time 1-5pm. I'm sitting here at almost 7 and no one has showed up. I called for an update ten minutes before five and was told the repairman was behind and would be arriving closer to 6.

I haven't received any update since that. If things where properly communicated I wouldn't have an issue. Things happen, I understand that. However sitting here not know if someone is or isn't going to show up, is frustrating.

Lack of communication to me is a lack of costumer service. I have no issues with things coming up, my issue is with people thinking my time is not valuable.

If I could give a company negative stars, it would be this one. My husband and I moved from another state and while unpacking, I ran a load of glasses in the dishwasher. It proceeded to flood the kitchen with soapy water. I submitted a worker order with the home warranty company and got an email saying My Repairman would be the service company. It was a Sunday so I figured I'd get a call on Monday but didn't. I called Tuesday morning and left a message. They didn't call back until Wednesday and said they could come Thursday between 11 and 4. That was my first day at my new job, so my husband took a day of leave to be there. I was in a meeting until 11:15, then checked my phone and missed a call at 11 saying they called to verify someone was home so they'd reschedule. I called the service rep and the company back multiple times and no one answered or returned my call. It was at the beginning of the insane service block! They called back Friday and rescheduled for Tuesday. Mind you, we still have standing water in the dishwasher. So I take a whole day of personal leave and the service rep says it needs a new motor that he'll need to order. At least he drained the dishwater. They schedule the next appointment for another week and I had to take another day of leave from work only for the service rep to say he still needed a valve he didn't have. We wait almost a week and hear nothing. I called and the lady said the ticket had been closed and I'd have to open a new ticket. No mention of the valve in the notes when the service rep closed it out. So I opened another ticket when I finally got a chance and sent a lengthy email to them about not wasting our time or their time with another diagnostic visit, but got no answer. They called 4 days later to say they had the valve and scheduled the appointment for the following Monday. I begged to have the first appointment time since this was the 4th day of personal leave my husband or I would be using and I'd really rather not have to use a whole day. The lady said the best she could do was the first appointment block from 9-1. Seriously? Why even make that a block at all since it still wastes a whole day? So here I sit at 11am and haven't heard from them yet, meanwhile they are getting paid twice from the home warranty company for one job.

My Repairman is awesome. I had a refrigerator emergency and they were here the same day to fix it and they have such affordable prices. The tech also took his time to explain what my refrigerator needed and how to avoid it from happening again. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has appliance problems.

How do you run a business without picking up a phone or returning messages? I Had a home warranty service claim and needed a technician - the sent me to “My Repairman”. The work order said to call My Repair Man to set up an appointment. After five phone calls and a message - I had to call the home warranty company to call them to set up an appointment.
Once the tech came out - he determined that the appliance still had a manufactures warranty. He said he would call manufacturer and home warranty service and cancel the order with them and order the parts from the manufacturer and fix it that way but another tech would come out to actually fix the appliance. “Great - no problem! When will I hear something?” “24 Hours”
So I call - 48 hours later, and I leave a message. I call a few hours later and someone actually picks up the phone - Holy Cow! Only to tell me that they aren’t going to do what the technician said. So I waste about a week of my time dealing with these guys when I could have been getting my appliance fixed. Which is tomorrow by the way!

I got home from work today around 3:00 to find out the fan in the fridge had gone out the day after going grocery shopping. We were desperate to have someone come out so we could salvage our groceries. I got ahold of my repairman and the receptionist called around to see if anyone could come take a look since it was toward the end of the day. Within 30 minutes a technician was at our house. George was very professional, clean and kind. He found what the root of the problem was and not only fixed the fan but the water leak that caused the fan to go out. He had all the parts and tools in his truck. While moving the fridge we broke a candle and George was so nice to help pick up the broken Glass even though he didn't have to!!! The pricing was very reasonable and in such a short notice, I expected the bill to be twice or three times as much as it came out to be. The whole process took about an hour from call of desperation to being completed with a working fridge and all the groceries were saved!!! My repairman was a true blessing and hero today!!! Thank you so much!!! I would highly recommend my repairman to my family and friends!
