Thomas Butler, owner of TomTechi, did an excellent job repairing our defrost thermostat on our KitchenAid. He fit us into his busy schedule to diagnose the problem and made repairs in a timely manner. He texted and kept us informed. We highly recommend TomTechi for your appliance repairs.

Exceptional respose and service from Tomtechki.. Called regarding my Samsung refrigator freezer compartment not working in the early morning and was added to his already busy schedule as his last customer.. Even though it was after 5:00 pm, Tommy is a man of his word and he showed. He throughly inspected the entire unit and fully explained every aspect of what he was doing. Even though my freezer mysteriously had started working again, I was only charged a reasonable diagnostic fee. This was only the second time that I have used Tomteki but his service, workmanship and feed are of a quality that is seldom seen today. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Tomtecki is the only appliance service I will use.
