Jason was incredible! Highest customer service and professionalism I’ve ever had from a plumber. He really knows plumbing. Helped me out in a pinch on a weekend when I was out of town and had an unidentified leak. Noticed lots of other issues and gave me a fair price to fix all. Took the time to really explain and show me how my plumbing system works and how to operate from now on. He even went on his own time to Ferguson’s and picked out new faucets for me…sending me photos for my approval….saving me hours of time! He added a shut-off valve inside my house so I didn’t have to go outside and mess with the yucky SAWS meter (full of bugs and needing a special tool) if I had another incident. I trust him to be in my house without me. He replaced 2 leaking faucets, 1 broken garbage disposal, gave me an indoor shutoff valve and replaced some other leaking parts. I will be using him again should I have any other plumbing needs. I highly recommend!

Good enough. They fixed the leak. They had to cut a bunch of drywall to fix the leak and it would be nice if they had cut it such that it was easy for it to be fixed. They kept things mostly straight and square but still even a few minutes not being watched and they ran the plumbing at an angle to everything instead of following the rafters.

Michael Gonzales repaired shower plumbing for three bathrooms and installed sink faucet, very thorough and professional. He provided options to avoid unnecessary expenses. Cleaned up after job, demonstrated expertise and skill

John did an incredible job installing our tankless water heaters. He provided constant updates and ran his team with extreme professionalism. I highly recommend him for any job.

Got a free estimates. Company is excellent in communicating when they are on their way, who the contractor is and even gave an estimated time of arrival. I was very impressed by John Lozano, Jacob Pelton, and Gabriel Rodrigues. I had my water heaters on the second level replaced with a tankless system. Their work was professional, and they kept us updated throughout the entire process. I’ve never seen a harder-working team.

Reliant answered the request, on a Saturday, within minutes. They scheduled their repair technician, provided a tracking link, complete with name and photo of the technician, right away. The technician got there at the appointed time, resolved the problem, called me immediately, (it was a tenant residence) and explained the problem, and offered possible solutions if it happens again. Excellent professionalism, efficiency and competence. They will definitely stay on my plumber repair list for all my rentals.

Alan came out on a Saturday night to quote a repair for my washing machine drain that is leaking. He was nice and seemed knowledgeable in the repair choices I was given. I decided to call other companies to get other quotes to see if prices were similar. I will update my post if I choose Reliant to do the repair.

We had a water leak from the meter box area, a lot of water was spewing out. Reliant came out promptly within a 2 hour window, diagnosed the issue, made a temporary fix so the leak would stop and we could still use our water, until the needed part could be obtained the next day and repairs were completed. We really appreciated the prompt, professional service!!!!

We thought we had a plumbing leak coming from the ceiling and we’re thinking “Great!! More stuff to pay for!” We called reliant plumbing after getting a $205 quote just to come out from another plumbing company.

We got service the same day (in a couple of hours actually) and Forest came to the door. He was extremely polite and professional, listened to us and answered all our questions. He got to work trying to find the leak, and was looking everywhere from under the cabinets to the attic and outside the house.

He couldn’t find that specific leak we thought was in the ceiling and even did a pressure test to see if we had a leak somewhere else in the house (thankfully we didn’t). He did let us know that our water pressure was low and a thingy (technical plumbing term) should be replaced. We will probably have it done this month and we were happy that he wasn’t trying to pressure us just letting us know about it. Oh yeah, no fee for any of this!!! We will definitely be calling them again!

I was happy to see them, they went above and beyond to help us find our plumbing issues, they were very knowledgeable about everything and explained everything to our understanding and professional service and patient care team to work with us .
I recommend them to anyone who needs help with their plumbing . Forest was very helpful and friendly respectful courteous to us. And they gave us the best estimate possible for our situation.

Despite starting the new year on a not so happy note with sewage leak from the 2nd floor, these guys have made this process a more pleasant and timely one. Steven, Jacob, and Austin helped me so much through everything and are professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the team!

I called Reliant hoping for honest help with my water heater. The previous tech (from a different company) pointed out a pinhole in the expansion tank and suggested calling this company. Unfortunately, I don’t feel like I received honest care.

The technician (Jason O.) from Reliant told me the water heater hoses were installed incorrectly, that the entire water heater was “shot,” and that I needed a full replacement — plus a valve located outside and underground. He quoted me anywhere from $4,800 to $5,800. I was flustered, trying to take notes and keep up, but something felt off.

To be safe, I had two other technicians from different companies come take a look. Both were completely shocked by what Joseph told me. They assured me that my water heater was fine — it just needed a new expansion tank, a pipe replacement outside, and a simple cover for the electrical part. Their quotes ranged between $1,300 and $1,600. (A significant difference from what Joseph quoted)

As a woman, this felt like someone trying to take advantage of me, assuming I wouldn’t know better or wouldn’t question it. I’m really disappointed — not just by the inflated pricing, but by how misleading the assessment felt.

I would not recommend Reliant to others, especially women who may be navigating this kind of repair on their own. And if this company is being recommended through a referral or network, I’d seriously reconsider trusting that source.

Edward P. came out and was fantastic. Explained everything and came up with a plan to solve a bunch of pesky plumbing problems! I’ll write another one after work is completed. Follow up: Jason came out the same day as Edward did to work on our job. We couldn't believe we would get to start on our work so quickly! He was skilled and had great ideas and solutions for the work ahead, and he began the work, completing about 25% that afternoon/early evening. Jason then came back the next morning with a colleague and they finished all the work. The work was professional and some was fairly complicated, as old homes are. For example, the tub spout was the equivalent of cemented in and they were able to saw it off with absolutely no tile damage. The was also an issue with a rusted part underneath the fixture in the other tub, which is cast iron. Note that the Moen fixtures they bring with them are the basic level, so if you want more say/more design or features, suggest picking out and purchasing your own fixtures at Home Depot or Lowes, which they were happy to install. We got great advice re: the new kitchen sink faucet and the shower heads, and we really like their features. Jason also flushed out our water heater, which they will do once a year with their plan, as well as use cameras to check your pipes. I also really like that all they do is plumbing. They have a good system for scheduling, sent out text reminders, and you can look at an app and see how far away your plumber is, kind of like Uber. They may not be the least expensive, but you do get what you pay for. I recommend Reliant Plumbing without reservation.

Forrest was very thorough with all his explanations regarding what needed to be done and came back again when the work was completed to explain additional services that we were interested in. Kevin and another worker worked very hard to complete all the repairs the next day.
Their service was prompt and we are very happy with their work.

I was quoted $3600!!Then charged $4110 because of a finance charge!!! The bank called me saying there shouldn't be a finance charge, but mysteriously there is no finance charge on the invoice!!! The plumbers did an outstanding job!!! My mistake for being in an emergency situation!!

Still no response!!!! SMH!!!
