I highly recommend Mr.Plumber Plumbing Co.!! I can’t rave enough about how attentive, responsive, polite, professional and knowledgeable Mr. Samuel Jaimes and Mr.Steele were when they came to my home to install 2 water heaters, 1 water softener and added a gas line to my generator and pool heater. This was a job that ONLY A PROFESSIONAL CAN DO! They went above and beyond their job duties by informing me on the progress each step of the way. These two gentlemen were very attentive and meticulous on their job ethic. These pictures I’ve provided do it no justice as they worked so hard to get these items installed properly and still look great. Again, can’t stress this enough, these two gentlemen looked so proud of their hard work that I will definitely recommend this company - because of these two great - amazing workers. I will definitely call Mr. Plumber Plumbing Co., again AND will highly refer them to any and all of my friends and neighbors. Once again, thank you for a job well done.

Preston did a great job investigating my front yard water leak. He found the issue even though it was a ways away from where the water was coming up from the ground. He educated me on the situation as well. He was very polite and knowledgeable. This is my second experience with this company and it’s always ran smoothly. I will definitely continue using their services in the future.

Barret came out today for water heater maintenance. He provided recommendations for continued maintenance as well as solutions for future projects. He was very knowledgable and kind. Highly recommend!

Preston was professional, Thorough, With a great explanation of the problem and options. He also stayed and observed to make sure the job was done well, and there was no more work/corrections needed. We appreciated their quick response to this emergency need.

Overall work was great. Had pressure issues and needed a new PRV. Steele installed within 2.5 to 3 hours. Still think it could have been a little cheaper but it did come with a 2 year warranty.

A couple of weeks ago, I had Champion Home Services come out to fix a leak in my AC unit due to a clog in the system and signed up for the Monthly Credit Card Shield Membership since I have an older home. Prior to the AC leak, I had worked with another local plumbing company for some fixes and a new water heater totaling $6K in costs. That other plumbing company had to come out a second time to fix two things they had not done correctly the first time around. Because I have the Monthly Credit Card Shield Membership, I called Mr. Plumber Plumbing Co. to inspect my bathroom sinks because one was constantly clogging and the second one needed a faucet replacement. They let me know that the tubular drain system underneath a sink needed to be replaced in both restrooms because they were not set up properly and gave me a quote for the work needed. I agreed and the next day Jose Sierra came out to replace the drain systems and replace one faucet (I provided the faucet I wanted). He was very meticulous and his work was very clean. Everything looks and works great! I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs. Thanks, Jose!

Eric is very professional and explained what and why service/water heater replacement needed to be done before it completely fails and also the installation of an additional apparatus to protect and prolong the life of the heater. I received a quote for replacing one or both leaking hot water heaters. I appreciate his expertise.

Klint did an excellent job repairing damage from a water leak in the ceiling, the damage is now unnoticeable. Klint was polite and professional, he finished the work in a timely manner and explained the details of the process. I would happily use Champion again if the need arises.

Water was leaking behind wall by toilet and the vanity. Needed to saw the drywall to find the leaks. Very professional work done by Joe, definitely a great plumber to work with, kept us informed on all the work that was done. Thank you so much!

Contacted Champion Plumbing to fix the inlet tube for the main line into my home. Due to overgrown roots from the bushes. They hired a Third party dig crew to come out and do the dig. Champion customer service was beyond unhelpful and kept pushing the repair out day after day. I was without water for a week because they kept pushing the date out. The Friday evening that they call me to tell me that they were coming out at 6pm to do the dig. I was like ok. Then not 5 minutes after I hung up they called and said they would have to reschedule again cuz that crew got another job. Finally when I informed the manager for plumbing that if they were not out in the AM on the Saturday that I was going to call a different company to come out. Thats when they finally got a third party plumber to come out and dig and replace what needed to be fixed.

If I could give a negative star I definitely would. Worst experience ever.

You never want to need a plumber. It’s not a call you look forward to making or an appointment you’re eager to have, but Champion has been a phenomenal company to work with. Austin was our specialist and he was prompt, polite, and efficient, getting a stubborn kitchen sink back in functioning order! I hope I don’t have to see him again, but if I ever do have any plumbing needs, I know that Austin (or any other Champion technicians) will help me resolve my issues!
