We called Mr. Plumber for our commercial property, to fix a couple issues in regards to water heater. The technicians, Bo and team are skilled, and they arrived on time. We will be happy to use Mr. Plumber again in the future.

Professional, on time, quality of work was excellent! Had a leak in outside in main line. Technician kept me informed throughout the entire process of evaluating and making repairs through photos since I was out of town.

Our water Hearter went out so we had to call Mr.Plumber for a check up. They sent out a plumber. Mr. Adam diagnosed the Hearter free of charge got it going for a day or so, he gave me a few recommendations, I told him I would shop around and compare . They sent Adam back he was very professional, friendly and very kinda his personality and faith actually made us make the decision to go with the company. My specific job concerned installing a new natural gas hot water heater and repairing a tricky toilet leak. They arrived promptly and quickly gave me an estimate of the work; it probably only took them 10 minutes to get back with me with a few different options, depending on what I wanted. They were kind enough to give me a discount since I had multiple jobs needing attention, and the best part is they got to work right away! No scheduling a day in the future, no phone tag, no hassle—just instant service. And this was a surprise since hot water heater jobs are usually big jobs that require lots of time and small decisions along the way.

They started working around 3 and finished about 7. They were the dictionary definition of efficient.

The ease in which they drained and removed the 12 year old tank was astounding. I assumed it would be a battle of epic proportions since the old thing was completely full of calcium gunk, but Joseph and Josh made quick work of it. When it came to the tricky toilet which leaked at the base and which had been worked on previously, they knocked that out even quicker, immediately assessing the problem that had eluded myself and others previously.

And I haven't even reached the best evidence of their professionalism.

After I paid and thanked them for the great work, my wife noticed that the refrigerator water wasn't working. Apparently, when the water main was turned off and then back on, some sediment had gotten into that small copper line. I called them the next morning and Joseph and Josh came right back out and assessed the new problem. Within minutes, they had drained the line and found the true culprit: a bad valve with about a needle -sized opening that had been installed in the line as a sort of quick-access shut-off. Well that "quick-access" was really a "quick-headache." They generously replaced that valve with no charge and double-checked that the fridge water worked properly afterwards. Then they even asked if the water shut-off had caused any other problems in the house.

In my book, it is the mark of professionalism when the individuals consistently go above and beyond to ensure the quality of the work: Joseph and Josh achieved this mark multiple times.

Arturo F. with Mr. Plumber was quickly dispatched to address our plumbing needs which was an intermittent decrease in water pressure over the past 1-2 years (which I thought was due to SAWS) followed by a sudden loss of water pressure this past weekend. I was thinking the problem was due to a failing pressure regulating valve in our 15 year old home, but Arturo quickly diagnosed the primary problem as an undersized, DIY water softener which was failing. He walked me through the signs and symptoms which included resin residue in the toilet tanks, visual level of resin in the softener, and ultimately the problem being solved when the softener was placed in bypass mode. He performed a water test showing the chlorine level was 3-4 ppm which is higher than recommended for swimming pools and leads to premature water softener problems/failure. Arturo noticed that our sprinkler system branched off the main water line after the pressure reducing valve (PRV), and I confirmed that my system did experience chronic problems with zones not popping up. He suggested branching the sprinkler system before the PRV if replaced. We decided to replace the PRV which was at its life expectancy, move the sprinker line connection, and replace the water softener. We also decided to add a carbon filter to address the elevated chlorine level along with other chemical contaminants in the water supply. Arturo explained everything in detail and provided an excellent, clean installation with attention to every detail. A couple days following, I had a minor question about our new system, and he quickly responded by phone to my email to Mr. Plumber. We could not be more pleased with the timely and professional service provided by Arturo and Mr. Plumber. As an added bonus, our sprinklers are working great.
