Barret was an awesome guy. He’s down-to-earth and knows his stuff. He not only gave me recommendations and explained why, but he also outlined his game plan, the improvements I could expect, and how everything works with a water heater. He did a fantastic job. Every part he installed looks clean and professional, and he left everything spotless when he was done. I highly recommend him for any water heater installation.

Michael assessed and recommended the perfect solution for replacing / upgrading the water softner/treatment system that I had installed in 2022. He did an amazing job with the replacement of the softner unit and installation of the brine tank in the new shed. He left the work area in impeccable condition and even removed the old system and reverse osmosis unit that was also replaced.

Excellent service and completed work. Jose was very knowledgeable in his trade. He completed a re-piping of drain/vents and set a new shower valve for a bathroom remodel in 1 day. Everyone involved from Champion was professional and courteous. I feel the completed work was well worth the cost and would highly recommend Champion.

We called Champion off of a referral from some friends. We were pleasantly surprised on the outstanding service we received. From setting the appointment with Carla to the technician, Barrett, who performed the installation of our new water heater. He was very friendly and professional. He explained several options that we could go with and did a good job explaining the various add ons and features of our system. We will definitely be doing business again with Champion.

The plumber Fernando communicated when he would be here and confirmed what he would be doing. They were very efficient and professional while they were working . Their customer service is amazing!

Very professional. Had all parts on hand, diagnosed the issue and repaired the leak in less than 45 min. Pricing was 30% less than 3 other quotes I had received. Showed up in time of set appt.

Can’t speak highly enough of these guys. I was experiencing water hammering in my walls when turning water on and off and I was worried about a potential burst pipe. At first we thought it was going to require an expensive pressure regulator. However, they dug further and worked extensively with me to get to the root of the problem. Eventually they proposed replacing a shower cartridge, which made no sense to me at the time. However, once I replaced it, the hammering stopped! Our shower also now heats up quickly whereas it used to take forever, all because of their great troubleshooting ability. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and honest, you can trust Ambition!

WARNING: AVOID USING! I called my home warranty when my toilet began leaking beneath bathroom tile. The plumber they sent was from AMBITION PLUMBING he said it would cost nearly $2k to fix. He said the steel 'flange' was 'broken' would need cutting/re-welding the toilet pipe to a new flange (which he said would be PVC). HUGE Red-flag. You can't weld steel to PVC. I asked many questions but he was dismissive & went on to say he'd give me a 'special discount' because I was a home-warrantee member & it would cost $600 more if I didn't go through the warrantee, which made no sense because American Home Shield said they wouldn't pay for ANY of it aside the cost of the PVC flange (approx $170 - $130 more than buying one, btw). The warrantee company paid this plumber his call-out-fee (and whatever else he 'padded') which was scandalous as they'd done NOTHING, wouldn't give me back the call-out-charge ($150). It may seem a small amount but given the deception of the AMBITION plumber & the warrantee companies refusal to even consider he may be wrong, or was dishonest, bothered me because if I were a little-old-lady I'd probably have been desperate enough to pay it. I ended up getting a second-opinion with a plumber friend who said everything the AMBITION plumber said was a LIE & it only needed a new fit-over PVC flange, NOTHING else ($30 total). 2nd plumber said, this is clear case of hiking prices sky-high & sticking it to the warrantee & home-owner, with deceptive-practices. He saw NO reason AMBITION could justify charging close to this amount. This worries me because had I not had access to a plumber friend, I could have fallen for this. We did call AMBITION plumbing many times trying to work this out before giving up, they were rude & did nothing to meet us half-way even when our plumber called them out on their deception. I fear for people who use this service, as they are ripping people off by going for the extreme-expense-option, without any consideration it can be done FAR cheaper. It's like saying 'you have 1 bad tooth? Let's take all your teeth.' It's just not good business practice. AMBITION plumbing did absolutely NOTHING but lie to my face & then give the 2nd plumber I found, a hard time when he called saying he didn't understand why AMBITION plumbing was charging so much for a straight-forward-easy fix. AMBITION plumbing are crooked and in-bed with home-warrantee co's who let them act with impunity. Something should be done. I've contacted BBB & will continue to complain as I really worry for someone who chooses them & ends up paying 300 percent over what they should, this is exactly the kind of company who should be sanctioned and policed for their deceptive customer-'service. Their name fits how they act, not in a good way.

My experience with Ambition Plumbing was great! I received a call from a friendly rep this (Monday) morning to schedule. Luckily, they were available for same day service. Tobie arrived with a helper and was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly explained my water heater's diagnosis to me. He explained the service options and was able to complete the job in the same visit, which was wonderful since I have gone 2 days (the weekend) with cold showers! I would highly recommend this business for your plumbing needs.

My mother’s washing machine drain line was backing up and flooding her laundry room. The owner of the company came to the house, ran a camera down the pipe and discovered what was causing the back up. Had her back up and running in no time. Really nice guy, competitive pricing, and does a great job! Will definitely use again if needed.

Although Ambition Plumbing was “assigned” to us through our Home Warranty Company, we truly felt like we had hit the jackpot with these guys. Fernando, Isaac & Leo could not have been more concerned with our situation after our “warranty company”dropped the ball in the biggest way imaginable. These guys were involved in the repair process from assignment, offered suggestions when needed, kept lines of communication opened (Especially when the warranty company did not) and brought the “funny” in order to lighten the mood at the most stressful times. When a company drives across town in rush hour traffic to install a hot water heater so that an 86yo man (who has been without hot water for nine days) can take a hot bath when he wakes up, well….you just know that their is something special (beyond the financial aspect) that this company is bringing to the table. Ambition Plumbing are now my go to guys for all my plumbing needs and rest assured that I have no qualms passing on their accolades to anyone looking for not only excellent plumbers but damn good people.
