A&M plumbing tech arrived onsite on time and helped explain the situation to AHS and working together, I was satisfied with the solution.

Johnathan was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional every step of the way. Made sure my kitchen sink was 100% before leaving and triple checked just for sanity of my mind. Would recommend to anyone!

Diagnosed PRV issue and repaired our garbage disposal. Provided an estimate to fix outdated PRV at a reasonable cost. Very profession and knowledgeable. Other PRV replacements have cost a lot more than other plumbing services.

This company had been professional since the first time they showed up. They worked hard to keep me from having to replace my 20 year old water heater but it wasn’t possible. Jonathan explained everything really well but didn’t talk down to me just because I’m a woman. I highly recommend this his company for all your plumbing needs.

The service was excellent. The price eas overpriced for a gasket that is less than $10 at Home Depot, but that isonly because of my service plan for my coverage with American Home shield. The service was very good.

Romeo and Gibby did a great job of removing an old lime filled water heater and installing a new one that is up to code. Romeo also helped me understand how my hot water circulator pump works and made it work better!

The Texh was professional and polite. Did a great job installing the new water heater and explaining what he did . Also explained routine maintenance and how to do it. Great experience!

After a second opinion was given, we confirm that either the technician didn't know how to do his job or they purposefully tried to take advantage of us to pay additional out of pocket cost on our case. When we attempted to ask if the technician checked the part the second opinion confirmed that needed to be replaced the technician ignored all of our messages and the office refused to allow us to speak with him. We recommend not going with this contractor and if you have to get a second opinion.

Gibby and Romeo are an awesome team. They answered all of my questions, explained the whole process and everything involved in the project. A&M scheduling was easy and they communicated every step of the way. Very impressed with their service

Technician was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and personable. I felt like he gave me the straight facts. I also liked that he took care of all of the arrangements between my home warranty company and his company. This was just an estimate Trip, no repairs were done on either my water heater or my garbage disposal. It was determined that they both need to be replaced.

My service was masterfully restored through the knowledge and expertise of the young man and his apprentice who accompanied him.

The lead plumber, I believe his name was Josh, if not I apologize because he deserves to have his name remembered! He was so articulate and intelligent in explaining the work he was doing, why he was doing it, how it would benefit me and how to operate and maintain my disposal and shutoff valve.
