Great! Romeo, did an awesome job troubleshooting and repairing the problem. He was pleasant and thorough at explaining the issue with the water heater. Would encourage company to remember reach out when there is a delay or change in scheduled arrival. I recommend this company.

Marc is awesome he fully explained what he was going to do and what was needed.very polite and amazing person. The job was done very professionally and cleaned up behind himself. If I need service again I will definitely contact him.

Romeo came to repair our Hot water heater. Very polite and professional. Replace the valve that was leaking.
I recommend A & M Plumbing for promt service on a Sunday before noon.
We use American HomeSheild Warranty for our home repairs.

A&M was referred by American Home Shield.
A&M responded within 30 minutes and assigned Romeo to diagnose the issue with our tankless water heater. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained fully the problem and the resolution.
Romeo returned the next week with the igniter and successfully completed installation. Hot Water!!!!

I have never had a better experience with a plumber than with Marc Rios! From the first visit to access the plumbing leak to the execution of the repair, Marc cared about the problem and knew how to fix it. He estimated the cost and immediately contact my home warranty company. He was was able to give me the cost of the parts not covered, and he even showed me how to cut the water off and on, so we didn’t have to go to a hotel (it was a Sunday).

Marc returned Monday with all the parts and completed the hard and long task of going through the old cement to reach the tub faucet. He was so nice and knowledgeable that I really felt at ease. Marc did such a meticulous job that I didn’t have to replace tile or even get someone out quickly to fix the drywall.

I will certainly be calling Marc Rios with A&M Plumbing to get help with any future plumbing issues.

Marc came out same day, found the leak outside, and quickly fixed. He was friendly, but professional. He did a great job. This is the second tme using this company and I highly recommend.

I had a bad smell coming from a bathroom. Didn’t know what the cause was. They investigated, ruled out potential causes and eventually found the actual root cause. Which turned out to be a dead squirrel in the attic. This is not a plumbing issue yet their findings and recommendations were helpful regardless. So their visit was worth it. Great experience with A&M Plumbing. They were assigned by my warranty company but unlike some contracting companies, we felt that A&M saw us like any other ‘paying’ customer and was attentive to the issue with our water heater. They had to order a part which took longer than expected but maintained great communication and professionalism at all times. Recommend Jonathan and his team.

My water heater was not working. I was very impressed with the quick response time. Marc was extremely knowledgeable & professional. I loved that he explained what he was doing step by step. He has excellent people skills & trouble shoot revealed it was an electrical issue. He also checked the unit to make sure it was in good order. I had an electrician working coincidentally at the same time & it turned out to be a breaker issue. I would definitely recommend him to my friends & family!

First time i did business with them it was great, second time was horrible. i brought them out to find a heavy leak (which they didnt find) they kept saying its more then likely under the house and they charged me to "dig". never found the big leak and i paid them $2,300.00. turns out the one that found the leak was my AC technician walking around the house looking for my water hose to wash his hands, Now this is after the plumbers supposedly looked everywhere for it. the leak was on the side of my house, huge puddle that couldnt be missed if your a professional . horrible experience, ill never do business with them again.

Used our home warranty service plan and paid out of pocket for service not covered under our plan. The techs did an outstanding job and were very professional, explained everything well & left the work area clean. Highly recommend.

Romero was very professional. The other guy I think his name was Gibby was very unprofessional once he seen the water in the yard. His first remark was you just need to pay for it out-of-pocket and get it over with. And I looked at him and said that’s why we have insurance. And this is what you want working for you. Shame on you, A&M plumbing I did get ugly with Romero. I took it out on him the frustration, but I did apologize to him, but as far as Gabby totally unprofessional, and then went and sat in the van and never came back, but I do know after Romero went out there. He probably told him that I was mad and said what I said, which I will say it over and over again. An end to pay $245 for them to cut out the back of my kitchen sink wall to find nothing. And then to turn around and tell me it’s gonna be almost 14 or $1500 to dig out back and fix the leak is absolutely ridiculous. Shame on you for trying to rob a customer when they’re already having problems I can tell you right now what you pay for these guys you’re over pain especially for Gibby. I made the comment. My dog was on CBD and giving made the comment share share. Whether joking or not that comment should’ve never came out of his mouth. I’m gonna tell you like I told both of them I’m not that one

All I can say is professional, caring, knowledgeable, polite, and patience. All questions I had were answered. The job was done carefully and definitely in a timely manner. Everything was more than I expected. Everything was explained step by step.The situation was assessed and explained to me thoroughly and in a way I could understand. Friendly, knowledgable, and inexpensive! Only made me pay for what I needed, whereas a competitor with a catchy jingle sent a salesman along with the plumber and suggested that I needed to replace EVERYTHING ... which had contradicted what the plumber had just told me seconds earlier. Don't be fooled by flashy TV commercials, AJAX is now my go-to plumber! Just schedule by phone, however. I didn't receive a response with my online request.
