I submitted a request for repairs and was contacted within 45 minutes. They were able to send the plumbers out within a couple hours. Plumbers were courteous and gave me what the cost of services would be without a pressure sale. Agreed to have services done...it only took them an hour and I'm happy with the work they did. Would use them again for plumbing needs.

We went to Ajax to buy the parts for a leaky outdoor hose pipe to repair it ourselves. One of the men approached us and said he would come by and take a look. Huge mistake!!!! Ultimately, he charged us over $200 dollars but didn’t fix the problem. My son who is 16, searched on Youtube and followed a “Do It Yourself” video. The total cost for parts at Home Depot was only $20!!!

We went back to Ajax Plumbing with the warranty receipt and asked to speak to the same guy. Surprise, Surprise, we were in shock when they stated he no longer works there! Learned a valuable lesson that day so my son does all our plumbing work now.

Ajax was very professional and polite. The service tech Tino that came out explained everything to me in great detail and did everything he could and got my water running to where I was able to use my shower until a permanent repair could be done. He showed great concern for my situation and I felt like he really cared about taking care of my issue. The price was really reasonable as well. I will definitely use Ajax again if I ever have a plumbing issue again.

AJAX was the first to respond to our request for a quote. They were also the only team we ended up needing to hear from. That’s because they were professional from the minute they arrived— until they cleaned up and left. Toby and Dillon were excellent. They assembled our faucet, water lines and drain perfectly. They hooked up our griddle to the gas line. Triple checked for any leaks. Installed our vents. And made sure we were happy with the work every step of the way. We truly are very thankful for their hard work and fair price. We’ll be keeping AJAX in our contact list for future use. Don’t hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs as well.

I was very pleased with my experience with Ajax from booking to finish. Our water heater went out, so we had no hot water; not an emergency, but a major inconvenience that you would like to have rectified quickly and easily. I booked an appointment for the next day, and when the guys came out, they were very polite and professional and SUPER fast. I had my new water heater and updated fixtures installed in less than 2 hours. It wasn't cheap but seemed in the ball park, and having hot water back on that fast combined with a really great experience seemed worth it to me. I'll call them again for my plumbing needs in the future.

I've used their services twice now. Most recently Rudy came out to install a faucet and replace the supply hoses. He knocked it out in no time, made me regret not getting it down sooner.

On the first project I worked with them on was installing a dishwasher. I got a quote from a competitor first (cough* cough* Goettl) and they tried to charge me the price of the dishwasher for the install. They had the gall to try to also pitch me subscription service. Anyways, Ajax was going to charge me less than half of the competitor. I don't know if that was a reflection of the competitor or how these guys are so reasonable.

Ajax Plumbing is reasonable priced, easy to book with, and are quick and professional. Will definitely be coming back to them in the future.

They do measure once cut trice.
I don't have time to describe a total fiasco they pulled on my property for thousands of dollars.
I am looking to do everything all over again.
Unprofessional unequipped and don't stand by their "we guarantee" done was done about 4, month ago. Pictures show hom much dirt wasn't packed back in by their contractors and also the pipe with sitting water after their "we guarantee"
Waste of money and time.

We asked specifically for Julian because he is very thorough and always explains to me exactly what he's doing. If something needs to be replaced, he explains why it needs to be. He does a great job and is very patient.
Sam was also patient and informative.

Very unsatisfied. The plumbing beneath the sink was completely disconnected. There was water damage all underneath the sink. All items under the sink were ruined and had to be thrown out. Estimated value $150.00.

We have had a leak on the side of our concrete slab by the front entrance to our house. It has been worrying us for months. Had a great experience with Tietze Plumbing! Aaron Taylor helped us with the gas connection for our natural gas grill, and he was awesome to work with. Eric did a very good job plumbing in our outdoor natural gas kitchen. Friendly and very helpful. Price was very high but the work was very good.

Whichever employee was driving the box truck on Bandera Rd east just past Oak Valley Golf Course needs their driving privileges revoked immediately. At 8:20am on Monday 2/16 the lunatic was illegally passing vehicles while using the right lane on those dangerous curves out there. Tell him to relax! He then continued to weave in and out of traffic all the way thru Old Town Helotes. He's going to hurt someone or worse get someone killed! I see that truck being driven like that again im taking videos and going to the police.

Exceptional Service from first contact to job completion!! I called Tietze Plumbing Friday at 12:20, they put me on the schedule for the same day, Joshua my technician called me at 12:30 that he was on his way… Thats fast and efficient service. Joshua inspected and evaluated my water heater, and explained to me the possible problem and took time to give me options that were recommended.
