Pros- same day service, please ant knowledgeable and efficient plumber.
Cons- outrageously expensive
Job was to replace flushing mechanism in tank. Cost $550
Time spent 30 mins and he said hourly trip rate was $225 and afterward stated it was an easy job

I know this company is a good company but they seriously need to reconsider pricing.

Cody was our professional plumber who was very efficient and informative. He was very pleasant to work with and will have him back for any future needs.

Had my a/c give out on one of the hottest days of the year. Called up Tietze and they had a tech out within an hour and half and replaced the broken part with a temp one to get the house temps down, and scheduled for a full replacement today.

The tech came out within the time that was agreed upon and the price previously agreed upon was very reasonable. Very appreciative of the work.

Here’s what they did right:
I called around 8am and responded to my needs with an even toned and nice lady who didn’t sound irritated that I was calling early.
Had an appointment scheduled for me about 3 hours later on the same day (7/16/2022).
I received a text with a picture of the plumber who was showing up at my house, Alex Soto.
Alex was dressed professionally, very respectful in speech and demeanor.
Alex worked quickly (finished within an hour) and I felt like the service provided not only fixed, but upgraded the existing water line.
Here’s what they did wrong:
Nothing.

They are a little on the expensive side, but the quality of service was genuinely high and worth it! Hopeful I’ll never need them again, but if I do, Tietze Plumbing already has my business!

We were experiencing serious drain issues. Your technician found the problem and repaired it. He was very polite and respectful of our home

Tyler was very professional. He did our water heater flush and after his inspecton noted a defective expansion tank as well as a defective T&P valve. Great work!!

We love Tietze! We've used them for 3 projects and have found them to be the best price every single time ( I always get 3 quotes from multiple vendors for every project). They're also the most honest and have provided me with more information and knowledge than any other vendor. We'll use them every time and when our overpriced Jon Wayne HVAC is up we'll switch to Tietze. John Wayne's quotes are always double or higher than Tietze.

Terrific plumbers. Appointment was easy to make. Aaron, our plumber, contacted me on his way. Aaron was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and expedient.

We called in thinking we had a plumbing issue with our water softener. Turns out we had a more serious issue with the water pressure being too high and a leak found at our shut off valve. Josh did a great job explaining to us the issues a the resolution for each. He handled all three issues single-handedly and was done in time up make one more call at a location farther away from where we live in Mico.

Great service, Joshua did the initial inspection and explained in detail the reasons for the water heater failure. Aaron came out the next day to replace the unit. Both technicians were awesome.

Jeremy was FANTASTIC. He told us the process and steps he would take starting from the simplest solution to the most complex and said if A doesn’t work we move to option B and if that doesn’t work we move to option C.

A worked first time was fast and very reasonably priced.

We were notified by SAWS that we had a water leak at our home. Contacted Tietze Plumbing and they sent out a technician promptly. Jeremy was able to quickly identify the source of the problem as the failure of the Pressure Reducing Valve and a hole in the pipe. Since it was late in the day, water was turned off, service was scheduled for early the next morning and Aaron completed the repair satisfactorily and cleaned up the area nicely. Very pleased with everyone including the initial phone call to schedule an appointment. We would definitely use them again.

As per their usual, plumbing problem fixed. Eric was professional and explained to me everything that was needed and my options. I like this company. Been using them for years now and still highly recommend.

Josh, provided outstanding service. He looked at shower, troubleshoot the problem and quickly determined problem discarding frozen pipe. Josh replaced wornout parts, put back together, cleaned area and provided some pointers on preventative maintenance. Definetly recommend Josh with Tietze.

Tyler came through last minute for us and replaced our hot water heater on a Saturday. Very professional and respectful.

Called for an appointment for my water heater. Customer rep added me on the schedule the same day as the call. Shortly after the phone call, I received a text about the appointment. Then crickets. No call, no show.

UPDATE:
Later the evening of the missed appointment I received a call and a text apologizing for the missed appointment. A appointment was made for the following week and the Plumber Joshua came through and took care, not only what I asked for, but performed a inspection of my home. He was courteous and efficient. I'll def be keeping this company in my address book for future plumbing projects and problems I encounter.

Great professional service from Tietze plumbing company! So glad, to find someone like Eric, that is avaliable on Saturday when my outdoor pipe burst. Otherwise, I would have to wait until Monday! Needless, to say I will recommend your company and call on you for future needs.

Joel was very professional and thorough in his work. He was kind to explain the before and after PRV replacement installation. This issue occurred after SAWS installed electric water meter at my home.
