Website indicates they do drain cleaning, sewer repair, they do not. This is third time to our home in one year, the first time the installed water heater, second time was drain cleaning for water sewer line. Those times plumber arrived in a vehicle marked as Ajax Plumbing, He had the app or device to accept payment. This time plumber arrived in a white, unmarked beat-up van, with nothing to indicate Ajax Plumbing. Equipment was old, problems with snake/auger machine, he had to fix equipment before he even started work. He said our plumbing line was clear and the problem was in the main city line. He gave written receipt with insufficient information for us to provide to city. We called Ajax office, in order to get a detailed summary of work done, we had to pay the bill. Payment was done by phone. Brian was the person I spoke to and he transmitted the summary of work done from a different phone number. When I researched the phone number it is in area code for Virgin Islands. City of Kirby utility department came to our home after Ajax plumber was finished. They checked the line with a camera, found the blockage is in our line, not in City main line. Called Ajax and was than told they do not clean or repair sewer line, we should contacts sewer engineer. I asked about the phone number in Virgin Islands, he said his son is helping and that was his phone number. We will report as fraud. Something has changed at this company and it is not good.

Ajax had the exact part I needed to fix the bathroom sink! I didn’t have to place an order and wait a week for the parts to arrive and I was able to complete my simple home repair. Best of all, I received Great Customer Service. I recommend Ajax for all your plumbing needs. They have it all... plus the Kitchen Sink!

Very quick response, can out same day!! Workmanship was exponentially fast and professional. I was recommended by a family member and so grateful I called. Michael came out after I had already been rear ended by Home Warranty of America and another plumbing company. Michael was super knowledgeable, he walked me though everything he was doing. He went above and beyond and even spoke to my wife over the phone to make sure she’d be happy with the water temperature. He didn’t rip me off and made my plumbing problem very affordable right before the holidays.

I’d recommend him to anyone, a thousand times over.

I have used Ajax Plumbing several times and have always been pleased with the work completed. Tino is the Serviceman who made the repairs. He was very professional, respectful of my home, and always gave me an estimate of the repair cost before work is done. I highly recommend their service .

My kitchen sink was stopped up. Tommy and Adolph arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and the job got done smoothly. Tommy gave me pricing for some other work we want done. He gave me options and gave me drawings that clearly showed how the job would go. Prices are very reasonable. I can recommend them without question.

Ajax Plumbing Service and Supply is an extremely professional amazing plumbing service provider. They are more reasonably priced than many other plumbing service providers that I received estimates from. They came out and gave me an estimate, and did not charge. They returned, fixed, and replaced my bathtub faucet. They did an excellent job. At the same time, they replaced my outside front hose bibb. Later they inspected and drained my hot water heater for an extremely reasonable price. These people are honest, professional, and I trust them. That is saying a lot coming from an experienced cynic. I highly recommend this business without any reservations.

Amazing experience with Tino who took the time to explain everything that needed to happen to fix the problem. He was very professional and he did an amazing job. I would not hesitate to use his services or recommend them in the future. Totally satisfied with everything especially that they came out so fast and had everything with them required to complete the repair.

Have used Ajax twice and had great experience both time. Always professional, shows issues and estimate before/after fix, same day service, and good prices. Can't forget the little boy on the truck who I've named Ajax so I won't forget the name next time. Jimmy was my tech both times.

**SCAMMERS* *BUYER BEWARE* We called Ajax plumming to my 87 year old grandmother's house to diagnose her water no longer heating. Luckily, we were involved, as Ajax plumming attempted to scam my grandmother by saying parts on a newly installed (less than 4 year old) water heater needed to be replaced. Ajax plumming also kept wanting to say the parts were not covered under warranty, when we know for a fact that parts are typically covered under A06s 6 year water heater warranty. Ajax plumming wanted to originally charge $850 dollars for parts and labor, and then after a single day, they dropped their price to $250 (since we told them we were replacing the parts covered under warranty). We ended up calling the manufacturer of the water heater, and their technician resolved the problem by resetting the water heater. No replacement parts were needed and the unit was not properly diagnosed by Ajax Plumbing. We would not recommend.

Update- I can no longer recommend this company. I had PRV installed only 6 months ago and I could just sense that the installation didn't seem right. Sure enough I just paid $350 to another plumber to stop gushing water.. The plumber pointed out to me how instead of using a couple $.50 elbows they tried to go straight and put a lot of pressure on pipe so failure at the seam was inevitable. Shame because they used to do quality work but disappointed in the last couple of visits. I would not use this company.

Ajax is always great! Not only are they about 49% cheaper they always have a plumber out within 24 hours. Saved me on a water main break on labor day weekend and do not charge fees for emergencies. I highly recommend!

Amazing Assistance & Help The Person At The Counter. Was Able To Get The Parts I Needed For My Water Heater And Was Able To Answer My Questions. Thank You So Much.

I needed to have 2 outdoor spigots replaced. Ajax phone dispatch was very polite and efficient at all points of communication, their service people are extremely informative and did not try to upsell. In fact, their service tech talked me out of a more expensive and risky repair and suggested a less expensive and less risky way to fix my problem. I feel that this company is highly reputable and I will have no hesitation in recommending them and using them in the future.

We contacted Ajax to install a temporary sink while our kitchen is under construction. They were incredibly friendly and easy to work with, and did a great job. Their quote was also very reasonable.

This company was awesome from the second they answered the phone. I called them after reading the glowing reviews on Home Advisor. I called them late on Tuesday and Brenda and Tim were great with answering my questions and giving me a fair and reasonable quote over the phone. They had a technician at my house by 1 the next day which happened to be right before a major holiday. Tino and his coworker were great. Very professional and courteous. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. Within a couple of hours, I had a brand new hot water professionally installed by a company I can trust. They cleaned up the work space and left everything perfect. They are a smaller company who has been around for 60 years who did the job right and treat the customer right. They have earned my business going forward!!

Kitchen sinks were clogged and would not drain. Tried baking soda and vinegar, it bubbled but water wouldn’t drain. Jimmy from Ajax arrived in the early minutes of their estimated three hour window. He was masked, pleasant, very helpful and showed us the clean-out valve under the sink was seeping. He was careful when the backed-up debris in the pipe was released as he opened the clean-out. Jimmy was courteous and did his job efficiently and well. Very pleased with his Saturday solution to our nasty problem.

Third Visit: As always the crew was friendly, pleasant, and competent. We had them replace our water heater, which is no fun in this old house for several reasons. They looked at the situation, went out to get a replacement tank, returned and wrapped up the job in just about four hours total. It would have been three hours except the water drained from the old tank very slowly. Efficient, clean, and organized. Ajax has become my go-to plumbing company.

Second Visit: This crew was the only one available from any company same-day. They showed up in short order, looked at the problem, and went right to work. Really nice guys, efficient and had the job done quickly. And they cleaned up afterwards.

Toby Martinez helped me with a free estimate and even beat the quotes of 3 other plumbers. I ultimately chose Toby with Ajax and I am very happy with my decision. He told me everything I needed to know about the installation and what he would do to make sure it was done right. He was quick with the install and had everything up and running in no time! I highly recommend Toby with Ajax and will be letting all my friends and family know about the great service that was provided to me.

Mr. Tino Gutierrez was very professional. He explained what he was going to do, confirmed the cost and finished installing the water heater very efficiently. He provided instructions on flushing the water heater in the future. Great installation. Would recommend Ajax Plumbing to my friends.
