Forrest was really helpful and the whole team at reliant was super nice and very friendly. I got a notice from SAWS that I had a leak. Called reliant and they sent Forrest out to take a look. He was really great and made some calls to his team to assist with replacing the part under warranty. Overall really great experience and issue was fixed the same day!

This has to be the most awesome plumbing company that I have worked with and I have ran several businesses. Sam, the plumber was outstanding! Crystal at dispatch gave me the best customer service I have received in any business. Called in the morning, Sam came out about an hour later. Walked me thru all the steps. Gave me a quote and a discount and started the work asap and it was a big job. I'm so satisfied that I will put this company on our vendor list for all our clinics in the San Antonio, Austin and Dallas area.

This was my first time to use Reliant Plumbing. Prices are comparable to other companies I looked at. They were very responsive. Martin performed the repair and explained what had happened and how he would make the repair. He was very professional and addressed all my questions or concerns. What I really liked was how this company communicated with me. Everyone I spoke with or were involved with this repair gave me updates on what was going on either with verbal communications or texts. These days I find this very rare to find or use companies with this skill. It was very comforting to be kept on the loop. I was also impressed by they kept their word. Once the repair was made, they put back the dirt and landscaping rock and you could not tell a repair had been made. It is very nice clean up. Keep up the good work Relient!

He walked me through all his findings, found areas that required immediate attention, and provided estimates for immediate repairs and possible future items that would need attention when the time called for it. I was honestly was not looking forward to the possibility of spending a million dollars… but I was very surprised with Forrest and Jason when they came out to look at my water heater, they also took some time to check out a few other issues that I wasn’t sure about. And they gave me a plan of what was the most important, and what could be addressed later. I felt they were fair in pricing, and were not pushy and full of sales tactics.

John Lozano, Steven Arajuo, Cody Smith, Jacob Garcia. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Explained to to me how everything worked and what they were doing every step of the way. Steven help me get financing for the work, and explained preventative maintenance steps I can take. Very fast and efficient work.

I had a leak at the main valve. Steven with Reliant came out and was very professional. Gave me a series of quotes and we agreed on a good price. Steven and Jason got the job done quickly. I’d recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I manage almost 50 properties in the Central Texas area and deal with plumbers all the time. Steven with Reliant came out to service one of the properties today and was able to get things done swiftly and for an excellent price. Steven was having a hard time getting in touch with me because my phone was acting funny, but he didn’t give up; which was super helpful because I didn’t want him to leave without taking care of the job. He offered me three different solutions and to keep things moving forward we picked the least expensive for now, but then still offered me a discount and did the work immediately. In love with this plumbing company so far! Thank you, Steven for all of your help!

Did a great job, very thorough. Went over most cost effective options. Started with the least invasive steps first to solve our drain clog. Got it unclogged, and went over maintenance plans. Did not pressure us, was very polite and personable. We will be calling Reliant Plumbing next time! Thank you!

I will never be using Reliant Plumbing ever again. They stole our money and refuse to refund us. On December 16, they came to our home to do an assessment and asked for payment for a service. They scheduled the repair (after taking our money) and then for the next 6 weeks have continued to either cancel the service or reschedule. I have called every single day this week to get the service re-scheduled and I keep getting told that "yes we are coming" and then no one ever shows up. I even got a text message yesterday with the company saying they were on the way and no one ever showed up.

I called to get a refund since the service has not been completed and it has been 6 weeks... 6 weeks without a functioning toilet. They refuse to refund us and keep giving us the run around and promising they will reschedule us but then failing to deliver. It is illegal to charge for a service that has not been done or completed. Find another plumbing service in San Antonio that won't steal your money!

Both Justin and Anthony were excellent in helping me and my wife's business get up to code. They replaced pipes, installed a new water heater and modernized/future proofed our system so we won't have to worry about any issues any time soon. Also, they were super quick. With an estimated 3+ days worth of work, they got done in 2. Very impressive and highly recommend!

Had Steven come back (Nov 2024) out to help with a water pressure issue and instantly fixed it. Thanks so much!

Update: This response is inaccurate. Jason Oliphant arrived at 8:40 PM (nearly 3 hours late), took a single photo of a gauge on his phone rather than performing a live test on my home, and walked out mid-conversation. Most importantly, I have been refused the written diagnostic three times. I have the text messages from Jason offering 'free memberships' in exchange for deleting these reviews. This is not about 'quality standards'; it is about a lack of transparency and unprofessional conduct. I am now escalating this to the TSBPE and my bank for a chargeback

This has been one of the most unprofessional service experiences I have ever had. The initial plumber Forrest barely inspected anything and immediately concluded the leak was from the washer lines. He also claimed he would check the main water line and replace the pressure regulator. This was on Saturday, January twenty fourth. Fast forward to Monday. The repair crew showed up confused, not knowing what they were assigned to do, and they attempted to leave without performing any testing to confirm whether the problem was resolved. They did not show me the equipment that had been replaced or installed.

I had to insist that they actually run the washer and test the system, because they expected me to test it after they left, which is absolutely unacceptable. I paid roughly two thousand three hundred dollars and the plumbers did not even bother verifying their own work. When I questioned why nothing was being tested, attitudes shifted and I was met with irritation instead of professionalism.

To make matters worse, the technician responsible for testing simply walked out of my house in the middle of the job without saying a word, while water was still running. That level of disregard for the customer’s home and money is alarming.

This company lacks accountability, communication, and basic standards of service. I do not recommend them.

Steven and his helper Gabe did an outstanding job on our plumbing repair. They came out to service our toilet, quickly diagnosed the issue, and completely rebuilt the tank by reseating the flush valve and installing all new internal components (fill valve, flapper, and supply line). Their workmanship was meticulous—everything was leveled, sealed properly, and tested multiple times to ensure there were no leaks and that the toilet was flushing with the right pressure.

Steven explained what they were doing step by step, used the proper tools instead of taking shortcuts, and left the work area spotless. It’s clear they take pride in their craft.

If you need a plumber who is reliable, efficient, and truly knows the ins and outs of plumbing systems, I highly recommend Reliant Plumbing. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Austin & Gabriel did an amazing job with our repairs. They were patient, hardworking, and communicated with us thoroughly during the process. They went above and beyond and also cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend their services. My husband and I are very pleased with their final work.

I have had a horrible experience with Reliant Plumbing. Charged $800 for a PVC pipe replacement to a Ptrap, only for the work to start leaking. I had calls back and forth with the company, was transferred to three different staff members over the course of three weeks. We were overcharged for what was replaced, and for the quality of the work that was done. If you want the whole story read on.

Our Ptrap came apart under our kitchen sink, due to the previous owners trying to do a DIY pipe job in our 1974 home. Called Reliant based on their reviews, someone came over, talked with my husband, but wasn't the actual plumber, then the actual plumber came over said everything needed to be re-piped, and it was going to be $800! Since this was a reoccurring problem for us, and having the kitchen flood five times, my husband in frustration agreed.
Then after the work is done the plumber proceeds to tell my husband that this is only a temporary fix, and what we really should do is drill into the wall to lower the angle of the pipe...after we had already handed over the credit card. I called to complain, talked with Steven, and he said the plumber must have been mistaken?--After researching the plumber was telling the truth, but the company took our money before we could consider our options. I could not understand how the work that was done was worth $800. Other than replacing the accordion pipe that was originally there, everything looked exactly the same. This job should have cost no more than $500 (on the very high end). And the story continues, I called back after inspecting the work to verify why the bill was so high, since the invoice did not go into detail besides saying it was a re-pipe. I was told I would get a call from management, no reply for a full week. Then a leak starts in one of the pipes they replaced. Called back again, airing my grievances to reception, since I didn't get a call that was promised, and now the $800 work I paid for was leaking. I now get a call from Andrei, told him the whole story, and we agreed that a plumber would be sent to inspect the job between 8am-9am on Wednesday morning, "You will be our first appointment of the day" he said. Come 8:50am Wednesday morning, no one has shown up, nor called or texted. I call Andrei asking if someone is still coming, he says he'll call back...he doesn't, I get a call from reception instead asking if I would still like a technician to come (well ya, I wanted one to come between 8 and 9am as promised, cause I need to go to work). I air my grievances again, and finally just asked for a refund, because I am so displeased with the work and service.
Reception says I will get a call from management again. Now a different person calls me, and I air my grievances yet again--how did the work add up to $800, why is it now leaking, why didn't anyone show up? He then proceeds to tell me that the screws just maybe need to be tighten, but also he cannot consider a refund because how does he know that I just didn't "loosen it myself in order to call and ask for a refund"?! That accusation alone is a reason why not to hire them. I told him I still couldn't comprehend the $800 fee, and he said that was a standard price...it is not. At that point I was so frustrated and offended. I said it was my right to ask for a refund, and if it was denied, fine, but I wish to no longer to do business with them (even with their warranty, I feel I had been given such a runaround I refused any further help from them). I'm sure they can care less about any of my complaints cause they got our $800, which was a blow to our budget. Now we are bearing the cost of that bill, without having the problem fully fixed.

Barret was very friendly and explained everything he was checking for. We will be requesting Barret for our future Champion plumbing inspections.

Jose Sierra was a VERY knowledgeable technician and was very helpful in making recommendations. He showed up on time and quickly identified the source of the leak to my toilet. He was super polite and cleaned up his working space immediately. This is my second review for Champion A/C but have used them several times and have never been disappointed with their performance and quality of service. I assure you that if you use them, you will not be disappointed, guaranteed.

We recently hired Champion Plumbing for a water heater installation job at my home, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The technician, Jose Sierra was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, he was professional, prompt, and reliable. He arrived on time, fully equipped, and quickly identified the problem. He explained everything in simple terms, giving us confidence in their work. What was most impressive was him coming out to assess the need, then offering to go pick up the water heater and installing it that same day. He also offered to put a leak detection gadget on but didn’t have one with him at the time. He offered to come back once he had the part, and he did just that.

After completing the repair, he ensured everything was tidy and even checked if there were any additional concerns we had. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. We will definitely call on Champions Plumbing (Jose Sierra) for all future plumbing needs.

Update - Jose returned again to repair substandard plumbing connections on a new bathroom vanity installed by a contractor. Bathroom was usable. Jose corrected all deficiencies in quick order, everything worked properly without leaks. Very professional and thorough work.
