Randall showed up on time and on the dot! Fixed the problem, mice had chewed wires under house. Professional, polite and gave back peace of mind and comfort in this texas heat. Great pricing and reliable. I know who my go to guys are and could not be happier with the service! 11 out of 5 stars!!

Had bad experiences with ac companies previously, so when our ac stopped working I was nervous about who to choose. Thankfully Air Experts took great care of us. The tech that helped service our unit was Casey. He was on time and diagnosed the issue quickly. Our ac needed a new compressor, which they ordered and installed a few days later. A month later everything is working perfect. This is a huge deal because every other time we have had an ax company come out (too many times) they never fixed the issue on the first shot.

Jacob performed a complete system check and pointed out several issues to watch in the future. He documented his assessment with photos which is a great help going forward. Jacob is a top notch technician and very professional. I am extremely pleased with Air Experts and the employees who work there.

Air Experts have been maintaining our AC and heating systems for several years. They make sure they stay in good shape. If you need repairs, they are professional and knowledgeable.

Randall was amazing. He’s super knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. We had two other companies come out and they couldn’t solve the issue. Randall arrived and instantly knew how to fix our home!

I highly recommend Air Experts! I called and spoke with Heather in the morning and she was kind and quick to get someone out to see me. Randall and Jacob came out a couple of hours later and got my AC unit up and running quickly! So thankful for a great business that is local too!

Highly recommended. I've used another provider in Van Alstyne for years, but their pricing has gotten too high. I tried Air Experts this time to test the waters and they were outstanding. Their pricing was fair, their customer service was excellent and communication was great. Randall was outstanding. They will definitely have my future business.

My experience with Air Experts gets 5 stars! Starting with the lady that answered the phone who was so sweet, the fact that you were able to get someone out to determine the issue within an hour of my calling you was wonderful. Sammy is a SAINT in my opinion. He was able to determine and fix the issue immediately, had the kindest spirit and the icing on the cake was the amount that you charged. I was expecting to be charged about 1000.00 and it only came to a small fraction of that. You will always be my go to air conditioner company.

Randall was exceptional in personality, efficiency and all around stellar service. We came home at 5pm on Friday to a house with no AC on a Texas summer day looking at a weekend of misery. I called and he was there within 30 minutes and resolved the issue within the next 30. We appreciate and trust this business and highly recommend you keep them on speed dial.

Best service we have had. We used to use some of the other big name places with their “plans” or “memberships” and they all sucked. Every time they came out it was like they were looking for something to get more money out of you. Not Air Experts they are no nonsense and straight to what you need with options. Their membership is awesome, service is fast, and always reliable. We would highly recommend this place.

Air Experts was top notch. Very professional and fair pricing. Had to get my old ducts replaced. Zach was extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything.

Just wanted add updates to my review. I’ve continued to get maintenance done by Air Experts and have never been disappointed. Randall and Sammy are great resources in diagnosing and explaining maintenance updates/issues. They are honest and upfront.

Casey and his team were very professional and knowledgeable when assessing and installing my new AC system. Everything went as smooth as it possibly could and I am cool once again! Would highly recommend and I know I will be with Air Experts for a long time coming!

I had my general maintenance done on my HVAC today. Master craftsmen/technicians are difficult to find these days and companies with a team that not only promotes quality work but also strives to put their customers first is all wrapped up in Air Experts Heating and Air Conditioning. They are real experts and I so appreciate Sammy and Heather.

Simply put, when we have work done, we want someone we can trust to do the job right. That's almost impossible today, but when we find someone who does we stay with them. That person is Sammy, but we lost track of him when he moved to Air Experts. Upon calling Air Experts and requesting Sammy to come out he found the issue within minutes, a bad defrost board in our heat pump. I would have expected this found by a different service company that did the winter maintenance a few months earlier. Especially at that time a mouse was found across our defrost board. Keep in mind we have maintenance done twice a year on our systems. Sammy is honest, trustworthy and an ethical person. Yes, Air Experts is a little high, but do you want to pay for inferior maintenance that doesn't get done correctly.

Air Experts has been great to us since we moved into our current home. Their techs are always courteous and communicative about what our home needs. On time and prompt about the jobs at hand too.
