Shared my concern regarding my AC unit and they were out here in less than an hour. Our technician, Kevin, provided us with the best service we have experienced.

Highly recommend!! Kevin & his crew fixed multiple issues with my heat pump unit, including a major issue with the condensation pump & drainage line. They were quick, professional & personable. They are my go-to people for all my HVAC needs going forward.

I have a home built in 1967 and over the years the HVAC has been fixed and re-installed in incorrect ways. I am pleased with Independent HVAC solutions for figuring out the issues in my system and finally making it work how it should. My second floor of my house never got very cold and now it works perfectly despite what other companies said was possible (then tried to upsell me on alternative solutions). The customer service is exceptional and the professionalism is top tier. Love this company!

The technician was very professional and patient. When he identified an additional problem other than what was agreed on, he took the time on the phone to explain it, went to the store to purchase the parts needed and completed the work quickly. They were reasonably priced too.

Independent HVAC Solutions was able to troubleshoot my issue, and communicated with my home warranty to get a new unit installed in less than a day. Great service and they left everything cleaner than when they started!

I’m so glad I called these guys out for a regular maintenance service. They discovered a faulty part on my system that was only 6 months old and replaced it under warranty. The best part of all was that they came at the time that they scheduled and a I didn’t have to wait for a “window” and waste my whole day.

ADDED: Now one of the two units he installed needs a $1500 fix. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ON THE PHONE, WON'T ANSWER TEXTS OR VOICE MAILS. Absolutely ZERO follow through. They installed two units for me. Problems with them and it has only been 2 years. They never registered the units with the manufacturer, so nothing is covered. They do not answer the phone or return calls, do not respond to emails. I paid them over $10,000 for the units. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

Daniel was excellent and honest about my ac problems. Had 2 other companies tell me I needed a whole new unit that would cost around 15k. Daniel came and fixed only what needed to be fixed and got me up and running for a fraction of that! I will be recommending him to everyone I know!

Dave is amazing!!! Very grateful for him and getting our business AC back up and running. Very trustworthy.

My A/C wasn’t working and Dave isolated the problem to a short in my circuit board. He made the repair and It has worked fine ever since.
