everett and his team did an amazing job cleaning our air ducts, including all the return vents and registers. they even took out the fan and housing to clean inside the ac unit, which really impressed me. after everything was spotless, they fogged the ducts with a special solution to help prevent mold and mildew. the whole process went smoothly, and i’m really happy with the results. the price was fair and the work was top notch. we’ll be calling graves brothers air duct cleaning again for sure.

Everett did an outstanding job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vents. He was able to come out quickly when we needed service and explained how important it is to keep the vents clean, especially in a hot area like Texas where dust and debris can build up fast. He took the time to show us before and after pictures with a camera, so we could really see the difference. It was a relief to know all the lint and debris was completely cleared out, making our home safer and our air fresher. I highly recommend Graves Brothers Air Duct Cleaning for anyone who wants thorough, professional air duct and dryer vent cleaning!

After another company didn’t show up, I reached out to get my air ducts cleaned in Van Alstyne. The team was able to fit me in the very next day, which I really appreciated. I used a $69.95 coupon for the service, but I understood there would be some extra costs—no one expects a skilled professional to spend hours cleaning ducts for just that price! Leo was the technician who came out, and he did an outstanding job. He arrived right on time and was extremely polite and hardworking. Our house has had five dogs and two cats over many years, so the air ducts were very dirty. Leo worked really hard to make sure every vent and duct was spotless. He even ran his cleaning equipment through the ducts a second time when he wasn’t satisfied with the first pass, and he had to clean his own filters outside because so much dust and pet hair had built up. I had seen some mixed reviews online and was a little nervous, but my experience was excellent. Leo walked me through everything and gave me a clear estimate of $285 for our bi-level home with 9 vents, 3 main trunks, 5 returns, and 1 air handler. As someone with contracting experience, I thought the price was very fair. There was no pressure to add on extra services, but Leo explained the options for things like deodorizer and mold treatment. We chose to add the deodorizer, and he gave us a nice discount for that. When the job was done, Leo cleaned up everything and stuck to the agreed price. I’m very happy with how clean our air ducts are now, and I highly recommend this company if you need your ducts cleaned in Van Alstyne.

I am very happy with the professional service provided by Leo and Everett. They worked carefully and thoroughly to clean all the air ducts in my home, making sure the HVAC system was spotless. The dryer vent was a bit tougher to handle, but they took extra care and made sure it was cleaned out properly too. I highly recommend this team for anyone in Van Alstyne looking for reliable air duct cleaning.

Everett was fantastic! We needed air duct cleaning after noticing our vents were dusty and affecting our indoor air quality. The first company we called wasn’t very helpful and wouldn’t give us a clear price. After hearing great things from a friend, we decided to try Graves Brothers Air Duct Cleaning. Everett arrived quickly, explained exactly what needed to be done, and provided a fair estimate right away. He started working right away and made sure everything was spotless when he finished. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. The service was excellent, the technician was friendly, and the price was very reasonable. I’m extremely happy with the results—our home feels fresher and cleaner than ever!

Leo and Everett cleaned the air ducts in my spacious home in Van Alstyne. I was really impressed by their professionalism and the care they showed for my home throughout the process. Both of them worked hard and were very genuine and trustworthy. I tend to be very particular and pay close attention to details, but Graves Brothers Air Duct Cleaning exceeded my expectations in every way. The office staff was also friendly and helpful. After the service, I can definitely notice a difference in the air quality and feel much better about the cleanliness of my vents. Just had my spring tune up, they are professional and very customer oriented. Great company to work with, thank you!

Brandon has been helping me with my HVAC needs since 2014. He has a ton of experience and an impeccable work ethic. His company is the epitome of a small and efficient family operation.

Brandon and his team are great to work with and do a fantastic job. I work in insurance and there is nothing better than being able to refer our clients to someone and know they will be taken care of. I am proud to recommend Custom Climates to my friends, family and clients.

We have owned our house for over 12 years now and we have used Custom Climates twice in the last 3 months for upkeep. They have always been timely in service, great at communicating, and reasonable on pricing. Definitely recommend.

These guys were great. They explained everything so well and I knew exactly what needed to be done! Thank you so much. Definitely recommend

This is an excellent company, they did everything they said they would and did it very well. Reasonable pricing, the installers were professional and polite. Highly recommend using them if you need any AC work for this summer coming up.

Custom Climates (Brandon) quickly diagnosed and fixed what the issue was with my AC unit. If you’re looking for quick honest service I would highly recommend Custom Climates.

My AC went down and it was not a fun time in the Texas heat. Contacted Custom Climates and they were very fast to respond. They came out first thing the next morning, which was fantastic because the next available time from competitors was Tuesday. The tech arrived on time, and I mean on time. As if he was in the military, and formation was about to start.

The whole process from start to finish was quick, efficient and professional without sacrificing quality. The total cost was also way less then I was expecting. Overall, I highly recommend Custom Climates. Thanks!

They responded promptly on a Sunday night and set me up for an appointment the next day. Steven arrived early and quickly diagnosed and repaired my HVAC. It was a small job but it's 106 today so great job.

Quoted me at a price for work on my A/C. The work wasn't needed and still charged the same price as the quote without doing the work.

Brandon was amazing other than that.
