Reviews of local pros in Van Alstyne, Texas

I have a maintenance agreement with these guys and just had my first checkup with Antonio. He did a thorough job and let me know what I needed for my 23 year old system. No pressure from him at all. Life is good.

I certainly appreciated the prompt scheduling by Josh. Corey was dispatched to our home to address an issue same day. Corey identified the source as not being an A/C issue yet related to a plumbing matter that created the back up of water from the unit. He was able to resolve the issue himself which didn’t require me contacting a plumber. Having an experienced “jack of all trades” was helpful and a cost saving. I needed some additional support and clarity on how to ensure this doesn’t happen again and Josh spoke with me after hours to ensure I was satisfied a satisfied customer. I will certainly use their services should a future need arise. I would encourage anyone needing assistance with HVAC needs to do the same. Kudos to Josh & Corey!

Our service technician, Bernie, was right on time for our appointment and was very thorough and efficient with our system check-up and maintenance. He was very knowledgeable about how our 29-year old heat pump system is performing and what it might need to keep working as good as possible in the coming months. He was very professional, pleasant and presented us with some tips and options to consider for that inevitable point when we are going to have a replace our HVAC system.

Leo did a fantastic job for us, outlining clearly what needed to be done. His work was swift and efficient. We appreciate the thorough air duct cleaning provided at a fair price. If you're in need of air duct cleaning services in Van Alstyne, we highly recommend his work. Plus, Leo is very friendly and enjoyable to be around. We'll be reaching out to him again the next time we require this service.

Graves Brothers Air Duct Cleaning showed up early and were very polite and careful with their work. I moved my furniture so they could reach the vents, and when I checked later, everything was put back just how it was. We’ve already suggested them to our neighbors in Van Alstyne. We could notice the air felt fresher even before they finished cleaning the ducts.

Everett was fantastic! He executed an extremely comprehensive job. He even captured before and after photos to showcase the transformation from dirty to clean air ducts. I had another company attempt to clean my ducts previously, but it was Everett who had to complete the task they left unfinished. He was highly cordial and informative. I'll definitely be calling on Leo and the team for air duct cleaning services in Van Alstyne again!

My encounter was exceptional :) We experienced an issue with our air ducts and were promptly serviced on the very same day. Both specialists I interacted with, Leo and Everett, were courteous, proficient, and highly skilled in air duct cleaning. I was expecting a complex process for our air duct cleaning, but it turned out to be surprisingly simple! I would highly recommend their service, especially if you're in Van Alstyne.

I highly recommend using this team for any of your air duct cleaning needs. They provided an excellent solution for my unique crawl space situation, ensuring my air ducts were clean and efficient. After reviewing several bids, I found that this team was the only one that could handle everything I needed without trying to upsell unnecessary services like many other companies do. They replaced my crawl space flex duct with rigid ducting, which was impressive since many HVAC companies typically focus only on installing new furnaces or AC units. The technician also took the time to follow up on some additional concerns I had after the main project was completed. Instead of just asking me to send pictures, he made a special trip to check everything in person. He is incredibly quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and he handles everything in a trustworthy and reliable manner. I don't usually write reviews, but I am genuinely impressed by this service and how positive my experience has been. I would be more than happy to work with this team again in the future.

The air duct cleaning service I received was nothing short of perfection. The team was outstanding in their communication and showed great professionalism in their work. I was particularly pleased with their promptness in carrying out their duties. Everett and Leo, the technicians, were highly efficient in their work; I was extremely satisfied with the results. I definitely plan to use their air duct cleaning services again in the not too distant future!

We recently had Graves Brothers Air Duct Cleaning come out for our second home after a positive experience years ago. Just like before, they were professional, efficient, and kept everything tidy. They provided clear prep instructions and were proactive with scheduling. Overall, they did an excellent job!

Outstanding!! Everett, who came to clean our air ducts, went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I honestly couldn’t have done a better job myself. If you’re looking for someone to take care of your air duct cleaning, this is the company to call—they handle everything you need and even more! Five stars isn’t enough!

Everett and Leo were very professional and provided excellent customer service. Everett cleaned my dryer vent quickly and efficiently. The price was great. I highly recommend them for dryer vent cleaning or any other air duct cleaning services.

I had a great experience with the air duct cleaning team. My initial estimate began right on time, and the technician, Leo, arrived early the next day to start the job. He did an excellent job cleaning the air ducts.

I recently had an excellent experience with an air duct cleaning service. The dryer wasn’t drying clothes well anymore, and I discovered that the roof vent was completely clogged, preventing air from flowing properly. The technician did an amazing job removing the blocked screen filled with lint and thoroughly cleaned the entire system from the dryer lint screen up to the roof. It was a fantastic service at a great price! I highly recommend getting your air ducts checked. Be sure to see the pictures of the clogged screen I shared with this review.

Graves Brothers Air Duct Cleaning has now become my preferred choice for thorough air duct cleaning. Every aspect of their service has left a remarkable impression on me. Their correspondence prior to, during, and after the job was highly commendable. Everett, their technician, was extremely diligent in ensuring that my ducts were clean and I was kept informed about every step of the process. Everett was not only efficient and polite but also had a wealth of knowledge. He educated me more about my HVAC system than anyone else in the business, including the system designer and the maintenance company. Even though Everett was hired just for air duct cleaning, he showed a genuine concern for the air flow issues I had, and offered several useful suggestions. The before and after photos confirmed that choosing graves brothers air duct cleaning was the best decision I've ever made. When you come across a top-notch company, it's only right to recommend them to others, and that's exactly what i'm doing. Trust me, if you hire them, you'll echo my sentiments about them being the best in Van Alstyne.

The team was friendly, professional, and did a thorough job! Scheduling was easy, and I appreciated being able to talk to a person right away instead of dealing with an automated system. We had a few vents that weren’t pushing out heat, and Leo went above and beyond to check for any disconnections using his camera snake. He was very attentive and genuinely wanted to help. Although some of my vent covers were closed and had a bit of dust on them afterward, I believe this can be easily improved. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the air duct cleaning service and would definitely recommend it to others!

Kudos to Everett and Leo! They thoroughly inspected my duct system and air dryer before making any recommendations. Their advice on maintaining the duct system was incredibly helpful. Both technicians were very polite and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate their craftsmanship and highly recommend their services for air duct cleaning.

the team arrived on time and were very polite. everett was very professional and did a great job cleaning our air ducts. the company even gave us a discount, which was a nice surprise. they put everything back where it belonged and the house smelled so fresh when they finished. i will definitely recommend and use this air duct cleaning service in van alstyne again.

My air duct cleaning experts, Leo and Everett, were phenomenal! Leo initially walked me through the process and offered essential advice. The cleaning from Graves Brothers Air Duct Cleaning was thorough and meticulous! They discussed the cost up front, making everything crystal clear. My air ducts look amazing! The work they did was top-notch! I strongly recommend their services in Van Alstyne!

amazing air duct cleaning service with fair prices. super professional, and there were no hidden charges or surprises. they explained everything clearly before starting, so i knew what to expect. everett and his team finished the duct cleaning in about 1 hour and 45 minutes, just like they said. they cleaned up after themselves, and the only difference was how much fresher the air felt in my home. if you're in van alstyne and looking for great air duct cleaning, this team is hard to beat. plus, they were really friendly with my pet, which i appreciated.
