Brandon and Company are honest and extremely knowledgable, and provide the best rates on the Trane system. Referred my brother to them and he was very happy with their new system and service as well!! Highly recommend Custom Climates!

These guys are the best around.
They helped me get a great deal with a newer unit both inside and out. He also helped redesign the layout of the system due to the original design had flaws that he helped me identify and solve. These guys really know their stuff. The house is so much more comfortable and my bill went down 20%.

Arrived before appointment time, got right to it and had it fixed within 10 minutes.

I highly recommend Brandon & his team! They were very thorough in their search for the issue with my faulty AC. They checked every point of contact connecting to my AC unit. (Including my EXTREMELY Hot attic) We called Brandon late Thursday night & he quickly worked us into his busy schedule, within hours! He and his crew are friendly, professional, work fast and are very affordable!!! Definitely a 5-Star Company!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst thing to happen in Texas during summer is no AC. Custom Climates had mine working perfectly within 24 hrs of contacting them. I have their info saved and will use them when needed. Punctual, friendly, and reasonable pricing on repairs.

Great company! They previously fixed a blown transformer same day, and today they came out inspect my system after we had some cooling issued. The technician was able to verify that everything was good to go before leaving.

Great company! I needed a full replacement and Custom Climates replaced my current equipment with a higher quality unit for less than half the cost of a quote from a different company. Quick, reliable, and trustworthy.

Arrived on schedule. Were prepared with replacement parts that were needed. The techs were completely professional and resolved our issue quickly. 10/10 Will use again when needed.

Did not tell me what was wrong before fixing it. After charging 98 dollars for service call another 170 dollars for fixing a pipe thread for less than 20 minutes a work. He didn't tell me if he lit the pilot or not. Unknown if the leak was fixed. Only time will tell. Never again, I only used them because they were in my zip code part 2. They came back out and repaired the heater unit.

Custom Climates was great to work with when my Thermostatic Expansion Value (TXV) failed on my home’s AC. They were able to quickly get the part and get my home cooling again. The office staff was easy to work with and schedule, and they were very up front with pricing (no surprises at the end). Austin was my AC tech - very professional guy. He was on time, gave me updates and explained the problem without being pushy. I will be sharing Custom Climates with my neighbors when they have AC problems.

Austin and his partner were great technicians. Worked quick and were able to diagnose and correct the issue in a reasonable amount of time.

We bought this home almost a year and a half ago and everything had been great until yesterday. House wasn't cooling and it was warm and humid throughout the night. After many attempts to get someone out here on short notice, I had about given up, until I contacted Custom Climates. They surprised me by telling me that they had someone in the area and could work me into their schedule. Brandon showed up exactly on time and was polite, efficient, and very helpful. He checked our AC, found the problem, and had it fixed in under 20 minutes! I was thrilled and couldn't be more thankful and satisfied with their great service. We had an AC issues and it was after hours and they were able to set up an appointment for the next day from 11-1. I was happy with that and then they came earlier than expected. The gentleman who showed was able to fix our ac issue with no problem and switched out our thermostat. Definitely will use yall again in future.

I recently became custom climates customer. I have called them to go out to one of my properties to address an issue with our hvac system. They were professional and responsive at odd hours of the night. They were able to send someone quickly to fix the problem. Also had to do a callback for a problem and they immediately took care of the issue under the warranty of their workmanship. I have had a great experience and their team is excellent. 5/6/2025 Update: A couple of years later, I am still their customer and these guys are excellent as always.
6/18/2025 update: like always these guys are super responsive and take care of any issues as quickly as possible. Great service
