Brownlee responds promptly to all inquiries, and they remind me across multiple platforms both when an appointment is scheduled, and then again when it's almost time for the appointment. The workers were courteous and knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Everything was left cleaned up, and worked exactly as it should. I'll definitely call them again.

We have used Brownlee Plumbing number of times including replacement of a garbage disposal unit, hot water heater, and exterior pipes to remove water from a retainer wall. All work has been done promptly, professionally, and was reasonably priced.

I found Brownlee on Yelp and decided to trust all the good reviews & I am glad I did! A small drip formed off of my dining room light, under the hall bathroom. I was able to get a next day appt and they diagnosed the issue stemming from the tub. They took less than an hour and luckily it only required caulk & a new seal - no drywall cuts needed. Such good news.

In addition to their knowledge and professionalism, both Jamal & PJ were super friendly & had a good sense of humor. I will definitely be saving Brownlee’s contact info for future plumbing issues!

We had an exterior stairwell drain that would often clog. Other plumbers had cleared it out before, but each time they said they could only get their snake down a very short distance, indicating either a line break or a collapsed trap under the drain. The first quote we got from a different plumber was for an outright obscene amount of money just to run a camera in the line. We contacted Brownlee and scheduled an appointment. Brownlee and his crew arrived on-time and inspected the situation, and he was very up front about the potential issues and, depending on what the problem was, how it could impact both repair and cost. Ultimately, he provided a quote to open up the drain, remove the trap, conduct further investigation (including running a camera in the line) to determine how far into the line the potential break existed, and then fix the problem as long as it wasn't further down the line than the room adjacent to the stairwell. The quote he provided to do all of this work, including repairing the cement floor upon completion, was only barely above the quote the first company had provided just to run the camera!

Needless to say, we went with Brownlee, and it all went superbly well. He and his crew were on-time for the repair appointment, quickly found the problem (a collapsed trap under the drain), repaired it, and roughed in new cement for stairwell drain. And now it works!

The Brownlee team is exceptional. They always pick up the phone and are quick to arrive and pleasant to work with. I have an older 1950s home and they have resolved several complex plumbing problems with ease. Their charges are reasonable. They are one of the few contractors I don't mind calling.

Brownlee had an amazingly quick response to a busted pipe in our basement. Quickly advised on how to turn off the water, just in that area and arrived with all the parts needed. Oh and did mention on a Sunday! Great service!

Jermal McCall, the plumber, was terrific. He was knowledgable, efficient, polite, and friendly. This was our first time using this company (to unclog a drain in the basement floor). If we need a plumber again, we will definitely call them!

I highly recommend Brownlee. I had several plumbers who refused to simply go on my one story flat roof and snake the kitchen drain where it was clogged. Brownlee was willing to doso and the problem was finally solved. I will use them whenever need.

I had an outstanding experience with Brownlee Plumbing. My water heater went out in the middle of a Friday afternoon, and I called them for help. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, managing to find and assign two plumbers to come out and assist me on the same day. Impressively, they arrived within 45 minutes.

The plumbers introduced themselves and got straight to work. Within just 30 minutes, they had my hot water heater back up and running. They also took the time to explain exactly what had happened, how to prevent it from happening again, and even how to fix it myself if it ever does occur again.

What a great experience! I cannot recommend these guys enough!
