On call plumber was at my house in less than an hour from me placing the S.O.S. Emergency call after hours. Thanks for saving our home from thousands of dollars in damage! Our sewer backed up and was literally inches from the carpet when steve got it cleared and under control. Only plumber I’ll call from now on!

Jordan arrived within 45 minutes of calling late at night for an emergency plumbing issue! He was quick, professional and helpful with recommendations. Will definitely be using Jerry’s again!

Scheduled an appointment to unclog a sink for between 10-12 for $159. At 11:30 I was called and informed that they wouldn't be able to get to the job until 3-4, and that the cost would actually be $550. Needless to say, if not for lack of professionalism I could have had this job done by now.

Very helpful and completed a difficult in wall tank toilet challenge that other companies would not fix.

Had three events which required their assistance and all related to a bad toilet placement in an upstairs bathroom. They arrived and quickly diagnosed the source of the water issue and made the necessary cutouts to verify the proper origin. Then I had to file an insurance claim. Upon completion of the insurance claim, the bathtub shower controls are NOT a part of that type of claim so I called 1-800 Plumber + Air to come back in and properly place the correct controls onto the tub and shower and VALIDATED THE REPAIRS FROM THE INSURANCE CLAIM, which needed tightening and trimming for proper appearance and longevity!! So, very pleased with the efforts of this company throughout this entire process!!
They also replaced the condensate filter and cleaned up the appearance and operation of the pump and the various condensate lines from the on demand gas hot water heater to the sump pump. Excellent service, on time performance and superior knowledge! At this point, I won’t call anyone else for my plumbing needs!!!

I had an issue with my toilet. I called them and the response was so prompt. They got it fixed without a hassle and the service was alao professional and reasonable.

Joseph, Richard and Herbert were all very responsive, attentive and respectful of my space. They were punctual and communicative. I had an emergency job needed and Len came out right away and set up an appointment to fix the next available day. The project took a lot longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances with how my home’s pipes are set up, and they really took their time to investigate, evaluate and come up with an approach that ensures the safety and integrity of the other pipes surrounding the water line. Charged $375 for "difficult access". Look at the attached pic. The first floor hallway is in the right edge of the pic, and the valve that was replaced was just inside the door frame. Literally the easiest access you could ask for a plumbing job.

Alex from Len the Plumber of Alexandra VA, did excellent and timely work. In less than 90 minutes he expertly fixed my leaks by installing new valves in difficult to reach locations. Cost was very reasonable and the work looked great along with cleaning up behind himself. Alex was courteous and friendly and did a great job finding another small leak and repairing it with a simple tightening of some screws for free. Thank you Len the Plumber. You shall receive future service from my home.

Our garbage disposal and sink drain were both stopped up. I called Len the Plummer Thursday night 8 Jan and Richard came Friday afternoon. He worked on it and was able to unplug it and worked very efficiently and was careful to make sure he kept our kitchen clean too. He explained everything to my wife and me and left information on hue to jeep the drain from stopping il again. Great job Richard!

We had Len the Plumber come out yesterday, left the pipes alone for 24 hours as instructed, only to find that the leaks persist. We called at 11:08 am this morning asking for someone to come in. I've submitted a complaint via the form on the site and called but don't have any other way to fix this. Tomorrow I have another plumber coming to sort this out. Really disappointed for no communication or results on a resolution.

My hot water heater stopped working and a pipe busted causing a water leak outside and coming into my home. Len The Plumber responded very promptly on a Saturday and fixed my issue very quickly. Daniel was very professional. He called me and gave me real time updates on their arrival and explained the problem and details of each step involved in the repair. I will be using them in the future for any of my plumbing needs. I’m sure all their service guys are great but I will be requesting Daniel.

I was so worried I was gonna have to wait forever to get my water heater fixed When it decided to just give up, And I was not looking forward to waiting because this was when it was super cold outside. He was thorough and explaining everything that was going on to me and worked closely with me to figure out how to get my water heater fixed as soon as possible, given the complications of being in a condo with a shared water supply.
