What a great company. They even answer their own phone! The are reliable and so fairly priced. AND they get back to you in a timely manner. AND the work is great. They don't try and over sell. As a realtor, I would absolutely recommend them!

I was very impressed with Brownlee Plumbing, when I had an emergency, with water flooding my garage, requiring a total water shut off. And it was Friday afternoon. Brownlee Plumbing was recommended to me, and they rearranged schedules to get support to me. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem the same afternoon. I appreciated their efforts to get support to me, and their professionalism and skills in fixing it. They are now my plumbers.

Very happy with the service. Came within two hours of call to determine problem with our water heater. Came the next day and completed repairs. Techs were friendly, polite, efficient. We will definitely call again for any future plumbing issues. Communication with customer is first rate!!

After extensive work, we had hot water that evening. I left a voicemail and got a call following day. Jermal and PJ came again and after further work including removing and rechecking the new parts which were fine, they determined it was wiring issue which they fixed and stayed to be sure water was heating. All good
We plan to have them again in a few weeks to install a new faucet in master bathroom.

We needed a plumber to fix a poorly-installed shower replacement (didn't get hot, terrible water pressure). Brownlee had someone out to us the next day and they got everything in working order very quickly. Next time we'll call them first!

This is the second time I’ve used Brownlee Plumbing. Jermal always does a great job and is patient with all of my questions. Very efficient and leaves the place looking as great as it did before. Would definitely recommend.

We recently discovered a small leak from a drain pipe in our basement. The PVC was in a hard-to-reach location, so our service technician, Donnie, removed a notable amount of spray-foam to get a better view. Donnie made a phone call and soon four more Brownlee team members were on-site with an expanded selection of equipment. They quickly tracked the issue to a vertical pipe behind a main-floor wall. Apparently, a long-ago installed patch had given way. The crew replaced a 27" section of PVC to fix the leak.

I'm optimistic that the root cause was identified and resolved. The service was performed today so we will continue to monitor the main floor vertical pipe and basement location where the leak initially revealed itself. With this issue behind us, I asked the team to perform an integrity check on our old clay sewer line. They added the camera service on free-of-charge and verified that, while old, the sewer pipe appears to be in reasonably good shape.

The price was reasonable and the team was respectful to our home. They took the time to explain the problem and solution. We will gladly use Brownlee Plumbing again.

I was nudged to NOT have a plumber come as an emergency on a Saturday due to the price for such service - thank you! Appreciated it as it turned out to NOT be an emergency.

I was also offered the 'call when arriving in 30 minutes' option for my Monday appointment but despite getting there in about 23 minutes, I stood and waited another 30 minutes with no answer to my calls back to the alert number. Called headquarters and the tech called saying I wasn't there, they had waited 20 minutes and left. Confusing arrival policy - is it 30 minutes or is it 5 or 10 minutes? Did they really come? Times didn't add up.

Nice guys, cleaned up their mess, explained all they found, etc. Will call again.

He is the most honest, forthright, pleasant, knowledgeable plumber I have ever met… And that includes my ex who was a plumber for over 30 years! I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. I have used Brownlee Plumbing several times over last couple years at two properties I own and have always been pleased with the results of their work. They arrive on schedule and are very efficient in their work performance. I know I will get the problems fixed quickly and at a reasonable price.

Two technicians came to scope the water pipe from my basement to where the pipe connects to the city’s sewer to assess the integrity of the pipe. They were professional, knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with, and they answered all my questions. Excellent experience!

I was able to get an appointment very quickly for an emergency situation. They were professional, quick, and efficient. The service was reasonably priced considering the situation. I will 100% use them again in the future.

I had three companies cole out to try and solve the problem of water in my basement. Brownlee Plumbing listened to my issue with our drain pipe/sewer when other plumbers did not. They sent a camera down the pipe, and when they could not fully determine what was going on, they dug it up. They found the leak and replaced the old pipe with PVC. All the workmen were very courteous!

Professional, but relaxed. They quickly figured out what needed to be done and explained it to to me. I was impressed when they brought out the drain camera and showed the issue to me.

Now that the work is done, I am still impressed. They fixed the problem and worked with the city inspectors and even fixed an issue where a screw had pierced a sewage pipe and was causing a leak I did not even know about!
